I followed up on the title it has been processed and we should receive on the 17thI will overnightSince the the customer send a third party pre-purchase inspection and had it done before the deal was consummated I would be willing to help him with his repairs if he agrees to remove any and all negative comments from the internetOnce again I stated to the customer that we do not send titles out until days after the vehicle has left our premisesHe was aware of that I explained it to him in detailThank you for your help

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: To whom it may concern: It is very unfortunate my experience with Prime Imports has been dreadfulI need assistance in return of funds for the purchase of the Cayenne Porsche [redacted] did not disclose multiple issues and mileage regarding the vehicle, in addition to lying about features that the vehicle does not obtainThe mentioned issues are all things that would easily affect the pricingThe vehicle had over 1000+ additional miles than what was listed onlinePlease assist as I now need assistance, negotiation and contact with the seller has been unsuccessfulI have photos, recorded phone calls and over text messages as proof of what has occurredI do not want the vehicleIt is not legally operableHe knows the law requires working tail lights on the vehicle and this car has an issueI want my funds returned immediately so that I may find a vehicle that is legally operable and advertised honestly Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I asked you about the title at least 2 times and you assured me you had it. And now after 6 weeks you say it was lost?That makes me worry and makes me feel you were deceptiveWhen I drove the car the night it arrived I smelled an inconsistent fuel smell in the cab. After I put fuel in it the next day it was much worse. This was the car my wife would drive to work and it was not safe. I went online for advise and found it could be the fuel level sending unit or gasket. Exposed the fuel tank top and the sending unit had raw fuel on top of it in the front trunk. The sending unit had old dark cracks in the nylon so it was not a new problem. Ordered a new unit and gasket for $335.24. It came broken. I removed the old sending unit from the tank and poured epoxy on top of it but that did not stop the problem. The fuel tank is under pressure. Finally got the new part and installed it as well as new quick connect fuel line fittings $80 and solved the problem. You did say you had driven the car around.The battery would not stay charged so bought a new one. Interstate $175The key fobs do not work. One does not even have the guts in it. The porsche dealership said 2 fobs at $185 Ea plus $80 labor. $450 . No body but porsche can do it. I asked you about the fobs and you said yes.There was no car jack. Would like a porsche jack so It would fit on the bracket. Cost ?About the seat covers just replacing the bottom of the driver seat would look like crap. Leather covers for both seats was $300 no labor includedThe real concern is the significant oil leak that even the transporter saw when he picked up the car. It was in my garage while working on it and it was not a minor drip. If the car had been test driven from your lot and moved this would have been easily noticed. And what set me off after not hearing from you on Fri or Sat after my repeat attempts. The headlights were terrible so I was going to buy new bulbs and adjust them over the weekend. I opened them up and some it had jury rigged them and the wiring/electrical tape was a unsafe joke. I know you could not have known about them but I feel like you knew about the rest of the things.The mechanic who looked at the car said you denied him permission to open the engine compartment. He and his company are also hearing from me.You reimburse me for the fuel sending unit, pay for key fobs, repair oil leak and get me the title before 3/1/16 and I will be satisfied or take the car back and reimburse me expenses."this vehicles engine is in perfect working condition" "Everything in working order" per advertisement. A bank draft was sent certified mail in to GM Financial from Prime imports on 10/ .The draft was returned to us Nov stating it needed to contain a MICR line .A new draft was sent certified mail reflecting the changes.The draft was returned again with no explanation Our floorplan company will not release funds without at least a copy of front and back of title.We requested this but were informed there was no hard title and only an etitleNot being able to use our line of credit we had to ask a favor from another source.That is where we are.At an additional expense to Prime Import the matter has been resolved[redacted] Prime Imports

I had requested a slight delay in the departure date of the shipping in order to coincide with my availability and work scheduleShipment was delayed past my original request due to the Seller needing to perform last minute service work that has yet to be specifiedThe "panel by panel' discussion was on the exterior of the vehicle to make sure the scratches, dings and dents were accurately described and both aware of themI have no issue with the review that was done on the "panels' of the vehicle and have stated that to the SellerSeller did also state that there were major things done on the vehicle: lower control arms, brakes and air suspensionThat is a factual statement that these things were doneI have no issue with the Seller stating that factThe two week gap in communication of issues was directly related to my work travel schedule which kept me away from home and being able to drive the vehicleSeller was immediately notified once the vehicle was able to be driven and the issues were noticedAs for the claim that the issues identified were caused by either the shipping company or by the Buyer, I find that without merit given the nature of the defects found on the vehicle which were could be clearly seen and heard to allTo be clear, I will restate the issues to justify how significant they are and how nearly impossible they would be to not be noticed prior to shippingThey are as follows:
1) Radio had inoperable buttons on it, one of which was missing completely
2) Hood struts not functional and causing the hood to fall down when pushed up
3) Front right parking light (Amber) not working
4) Washer fluid reservoir cap is visibly broken, allowing fluid to splash in the engine compartment
5) Missing warranty for “new” air suspension
6) Missing rear cargo cover
7) Missing Carfax
8) Missing title
9) Bent right rear rim - heavy vibration at highway speeds.
10) Wiper blades worn and frayed
11) Right front axle seal defective and clearly visible leaking fluid on the ground
12) Serpentine belt badly worn and replacement needed
13) Rear swaybar bushings bad and had a loud rattle in the rear of the vehicle at any speed that was highly noticeable
14) Windshield Washer hoses completely missing and windshield washer pump electrical wires severed - no washer fluid able to be pumped to winshield
15) Right rear brake sensor severed and Brake indicator light was on
16) Front passenger window inoperable from either driver or passenger control
17) Right rear passenger window will go down from drivers console but not upIt will operate down and up from rear passenger console only
18) Steering wheel off center and misaligned directionally
As previously stated, these issues were identified on this vehicle upon receipt and initial driving of it, of which items are considered as "defects" that affect the driveability of the vehicle and a safety concern for all passengers. The sales advertisement for this vehicle stated explicitly that there is "no damage evident on this vehicle....the vehicle has no known defects......the interior (radio and power window controls are considered part of the interior) is clean and in good condition".
Since the complaint was initially filed the following has taken place by the Seller:
1) title finally received from Seller (late and after temporary dealer plates had expired)
2) one hood strut received from Seller (hood needed and still will not stay up)
3) Washer reservoir cap received from Seller
Since the complaint was initially filed the following has taken place by the Buyer:
1) Buyer clearly communicated the repair shop information to the Prime Imports in order to hopefully facilitate a resolution of the necessary repairs of the defects
2) Buyer set up an appointment directly with the repair shop to begin the necessary repairs to make the vehicle road safe.
3) Buyer communicated the contact information for Prime Imports to the repair shop
4) Buyer had repairs performed as follows: Rear swaybar bushings replaced, windshield washer blades replaced, right front axle, bushing and seal replaced, right rear brake sensor harness replaced
5) Prime Imports did not contact the repair shop until the service work had been completed and no resolution was offered by the Seller nor achieved
6) Buyer had to pay for the repairs that were made without any offer of compensation from Prime Imports
7) Buyer has not heard from Prime Imports to discuss any remedies since initial round of repairs were made
Therefore my initial request for a satisfactory resolution to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer still remains in placeAt this time, there remains numerous defects to resolve and financial reimbursements to be made as per my original requestThis complaint will remain open until such time

I was the one whom offered to reimburse for the rental car.A check and title have been sent.We found a few issues w the vehicle and didnt want to ship without them being resolved.A heatercore and water pump where replaced along w a stereo amplifier.These items would have cost the buyer several
thousand dollars in repair.Although the vehicle was purchased as is I wanted to make sure the car was in good order

Before the purchase the purchaser hired a third party inspection to be done on the vehicle before purchaseUpon receipt of inspection the only thing that was stated was the battery was weakEverything else was fineWith that said I had agreed to take care of a battery but could not get it in
before the vehicle was shipped with that said I ask the customer to provide me an invoice and I would be happy to reimburseAs far as the title it obviously was lost in a duplicate has been applied for we should have it shortly and it will be forwarded
