As you stated you placed 2 orders 15 hours apart. During this time we received hundreds of orders with no complaints about the checkout process. At the time of your email the first order you placed was already processed for shipping making it unable to be combined. We offer free shipping for orders... over 50 dollars unfortunately neither of your orders qualified for this promotion. The 50 dollars must be processed within 1 order. Looking at the prices of the items 22.95 and 21.39 even if the order was combined into 1 you would still not qualify for free shipping. We are unable to refund shipping charges as they were used to ship out your items we do not make any profit on shipping charges. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
