Your order resulted in a voided transactionA voided transaction will not appear on the credit card statement, though it might appear in a list of pending transactions when you check your account online. Pending transactions will reduce the available credit card (or debit card balance) balance, but will not actually charge the card. A voided transaction will generally remove the temporary pending authorization on the credit card within 1 business day.  Some credit card issuing banks will take 2 to 3 days to remove the pending charge. If a temporary pending authorization does not "drop off" the card within 3 days. Please contact your bank for more information.

As you stated you placed 2 orders 15 hours apart. During this time we received hundreds of orders with no complaints about the checkout process. At the time of your email the first order you placed was already processed for shipping making it unable to be combined. We offer free shipping for orders...

over 50 dollars unfortunately neither of your orders qualified for this promotion. The 50 dollars must be processed within 1 order. Looking at the prices of the items  22.95 and 21.39 even if the order was combined into 1 you would still not qualify for free shipping. We are unable to refund shipping charges as they were used to ship out your items we do not make any profit on shipping charges. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

the charge went from "processing" to withdrawn, so the company did, in fact, withdraw the funds. I contacted my banking institution and they confirmed this.

 I have sent three emails from the email address provided on THEIR website.  Not that I don't appreciate being called a liar.  I looked at their website and the information provided returns tells me nothing.

We apologize the order was cancelled and refunded erroneously due to a system glitch. Unfortunately you would have to re order we are unable to process the order since it was already refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Your return was already processed as per our return policy with a 20% restocking fee that is listed on the website. You were refunded 18.20 for the Layla wig you purchased for 22.75
