As a member of the ***, I have paid $200 monthly, on time, for over two years. These fees are supposed to cover landscaping, trash removal, snow removal, and the reserve fund. However, the landscaping is a complete nightmare. There are huge branches down, large patches of dirt where no grass has been planted, ivy overgrowing bare area (to compensate for lack of grass), issues with rodents in the mulch, and grass patches that are overgrown. This is not my first complaint, however, it is the first to the Revdex.com. I have attempted to contact the association agent, *** but there are no known phone numbers to contact him, nor is there an actual address, just a P.O. box. I have sent emails with picture attachments of the yard and have gotten no response. I am now attempting to move out of the development, since the monthly fees are going towards unknown expenses that are never communicated to me.

First of all my phone numbers have not changed since we have been managing this association which has been more than 10 years. We never received a complaint from *** until Thurs. the 17th of May at which time her boyfriend called not her and berated me. This is a condo association of 12 units in which several unit owners have known me for years. Everyone else has my numbers and have been to our offices. *** neighbor is also a board member for the association. Upon purchasing her unit her REALTOR and closing agent would have contacted us as well to assist in the closing. So her complaints about communication are false.
Her complaints concerning the landscaping, grass, bare, spots, etc. are not valid. First of all this association is in the woods do I need to say more? The association has used the same landscaping company and crew for the last 6 years and no one has had any complaints.
I am very disappointed with the Revdex.com for not vetting this complaint by asking a few additional questions before making me take the time to answer. *** LIVES IN A CONDO. CONDO OWNERS OWN FROM THE DRYWALL IN AND NOTHING ELSE. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION BOARD MAKES THE DECISIONS NOT US. THIS COMPLAINT IS LIKE A TENANT OF A RENTAL BUILDING FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE Revdex.com BECAUSE THEY DO NOT LIKE THE COLOR OF THE NEW SIDING THE OWNER HAS JUST INSTALLED.
*** has no legal basis to make this complaint. The grounds she is complaining about is not hers it is maintained by the condo board. I want the entire complaint removed from my file.
