I have been having a dispute with my credit card since October I have faxed all my documents, provided information

I have been unable to reach anyone in the Members Services department of Hughes Federal Credit Union for over a year I cannot access my account
I was locked out of my online account with Hughes Federal Credit Union about a year ago I called the business several times and was unable to reach anyone in Members Services I continued to pay my car loan, but knowing that my loan is close to payoff, I tried again to reach the Credit Union to determine how much was owed, regain access to my online account, etc No one answered in Members Services I called on November 15, 2016, and finally decided to try the Loan Center Sure enough, they answered in that department, because they are interested in making money, but not in providing service to existing customersI spoke to someone who transferred me to Members ServicesI held on the line for about ten minutes and hung up and called back I reached someone in the Loan Center againI explained my situation and asked her to provide

I have called twice during the life of my loan to get the balance amount and have been denied the information both times
I have called on separate occasions to get the remaining balance due on my vehicle loan and both times I was told "no" The first time I had to send in a written request to receive it, they couldn't quote it over the phone The second time I was told "no" because of an access code, despite both social security numbers, addresses, phone numbers, etc that I could provide This is the absolute worst customer service! I should not have to be put out to get a balance on the debt that is owed, but the company can sure take my money

Incorrectly reporting to credit bureaus and refuses to fix
I have a vehicle loan through Hughes I lost my job and had trouble keeping current with the payments I realize I made late payments, but I have worked diligently with them to ensure that every single payment has been received They have reported me to the credit bureau every single month, to damage my credit, despite the fact they are being paidThey report me every month as missing payments, but I am not missing any payments I do not dispute the payments have been late, but I absolutely dispute they are missing, because they are not I have asked them to please work with me, and to provide positive comments to the bureau once my payments are caught up, because I am trying desperately to rebuild my credit This company is the ONLY company that has refused to help a consumer rebuild their credit, despite the fact they are faithfully paid each month This company seeks to destroy consumer credit without valid reason
