L/BRI has the absolute worst website in the world. Every time I reorder it is such a run-around! Every time I reorder I have to call the customer support line who admits the website sucks, but states LBri has been working on it for three years!. Today it took me 15 minutes for a 2 second process. My patience is running thin

Iin the past I have used many products from great companies. There is a period in which the face could break out which I have experienced at times. I tried L'bri's samples for $6.75 and by the morning of the second day I was in love with it and ordered the basic set. I am so happy with these products and amazed every time I wash my face. I'm 65 years old and finally found a product that is miles above the rest and very reasonably priced! Another positive is that it only took 3 days to get my order.

I have never had a skin care line that was so good for my skin! I used to use expensive heavy formulas on my face, thinking it was working because my skin would feel soft and radiant afterwards, but the effects did not last! With L'Bri, the effects are more than skin deep! My face is breakout free for 1.5 years (about as long as I've been using L'Bri) and every time someone asks me if I have any moisturizer, I hand over my Gentle Moisturizer and they tell me that they have never had such a light moisturizer. Your pores do not feel suffocated and it does not make you oily (as we all know some moisturizers do!). The cleanser is gentle enough that it will not dry you out, but tough enough to remove even waterproof mascara! I have not had to buy makeup remover since I've had this product! The Freshener is just what it is - sooo refreshing! It's like a spritz of water infused with magic that makes your skin feel great, not tight and dry. I can rave for days about this line. It's the best I've ever tried and I've been through PLENTY of expensive lines.
Only improvement I would like is for a more customer-friendly website! C'mon, L'Bri! Make it easy for us to buy more of your amazing products!

I have done business with L'Bri for some time now, and they are an extremely honest and trustworthy business. Their products are great! I started drinking NutriAloe to help combat my Acid Reflux and am proud to say that I have been off of Prevacid for 4 weeks! Previously, I was taking 2 per day!

After using L'Bri faithfully for many years, I can honestly say this is a top-notch company which produces exceptional products at a very reasonable price point. L'Bri's customer service is also exceptional, and all interactions with any staff member are always pleasant. I tried MANY other skin care lines/companies prior to using L'Bri--no other company compares to them, and my skin is a testimony to the product line. When I tell people my age, they look shocked -- most people assume I am in my 30's, but I turned 47 this year.

I've been using L'bri products for 10+ years and have received excellent service. There was only one order that I received incorrectly. I called and they handled the problem quickly, efficiently and graciously. Within a few days I had the correct items in hand. I would highly recommend L'bri skin products.
