I do not recall ordering the face cream. when I started receiving the product I was not billed for the first"sample". I never ordered more but started to receive it every couple months. I called the company and requested a refund on my credit card. They wanted me to return the product, so I did. They refunded all but one for $89.99 per unit. I asked them to remove me from their list. I stopped receiving product for a few months. Feb. and March I started receiving product again. I thought this was finished but apparently it is not. I don't recall which credit card I am billed from and am presently in Florida until April and can't look it up in my records. I want to send the product back and I want a full refund and any shipping charges refunded. The Feb. order no. ***. Ref no.*** The product is Le Reviva Ageless Face Creme Lot # 850004. I didn't open the other box because I was planning to return it and not have to pay postage. No amount or payment method was listed on the invoice. I want to be permanently off their list.

This customer purchased a face cream with the option to have automatically recurring shipments every 30 days. The customer has been canceled as requested and will no longer receive charges or shipments.

I was charged $89.99 without my authorization and I have received no product. I haven't lived at the address they claim to have sent it to in 3 years
During summer 2018 both my Mom and I had problems with this company. I went on their website and got to the point of authorizing payment just to be able to read the "fine print" they claimed my Mom didn't read. I exited the website and immediately got numerous phone calls/voicemails asking for my authorization to purchase the product. I never responded, yet my bank account was eventually debited. I received no product, but couldn't get anyone to talk to me from the company. The rep claimed it was an different company. The next month I was charged again and got no poduct. I finally talked with someone who agreed to remove my info. Then I found a debit for $89.99 to my account on Jan 30. I called to complain and was told that I had responded to an email from them by clicking on "Rush" to reactivate my account. I did no such thing. Also, I told her I had received no product. She checked and told me the address it had been sent to. I have not lived at that address for over 3 years and had certainly done a forwarding address through the post office.

I was offered a 25% refund, which I refused. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to call the next day between 9 and 4 and ask for Alecia. I did this, but was told by the rep I spoke with that Alecia couldn't offer me any more than a 25% refund. I refused this and demanded to have my info removed from their records.

Then I searched all the past emails I could find and saw nothing from Le Reviva. However, I did find emails allegedly from both Fed Ex and the postal service saying that my address was not current. I responded to 2 of these, giving my current address. Both emails were returned as "Undeliverable." These were continually resent and returned to me for 12 days.

I spoke with a bank representative who advised me to file a complaint, so here I am doing just that. I want a full refund and assurance that this will not happen again.

Per conversation with LeReviva rep the product had been sent out almost 2 months ago to the address they had on file. Since I haven't lived there for 3 years, it will not be delivered; therefore, it certainly should have been returned to them. I do not accept their explanation that it is in transit. Furthermore, I don't want the product; I did not order it. They have scammed me before this and lied that I had responded to an email reactivating my account. I am very careful to pay attention to my emails, and I know I did not receive one from them nor respond favorably to purchase another product. This company needs to be looked into as I realize I am not the only one being scammed. I want my $89.99 returned to my account ASAP and all of my info removed from their records.

Ordered a sample product maybe 7 mo ago. I didn't get to even try it an within 30 days received two products an was billed $89.00 per product. I called to return an they said I opened package therefore I cannot return. I asked for manager who confirmed same. I fought for 30 min an told them to cancel my orders and do not send me any more items again. I just received another item for $89.00 called again they said they sent me an email an BECAUSE I opened it an they say ordered or expressed interest they sent an charged me for another item. I never ordered an do not even know how I could order by just opening email. They refused again to reimburse but said they would give me 15 percent off , I said absolutely not I will not pay another dime. They would not give me manager stating she was unavailable an the argument ensued. I had the same situation last time an will not pay for an item I never ordered. I asked them to have manager call me and said me the email I responded to that created an order. Nothing !!! Someone needs to make this right !!!

I had cancelled this product more then 3 months ago to be charged at that time bc if their return policy. They then reactivated my account based on a email they sent me an said in that email I ordered a product. I asked them to show me this email an they never did. I asked to have manager call me bc she wasn't available they never did. Why should I be charged for a product I never ordered an pay to return which again they make returns impossible. Ask them they return policy!! They only offered me a 15 percent credit on return not full credit. Not acceptable. They are unreasonable an it's basic fraud charging a customer for opening a email in then not allowing them 100 percent refund. PLEASE ask them for the email they stated I ordered this product the last month. No such email. Not budging on this !!! I will get a hold of the attorney general in my state when I can. Sick husband really don't need this aggravation. I don't know how this is legal. !!!

As I'm emailing u my response I get another package from this company. You have their response saying I'm off all furture mailings an I get a package today from Health an Beauty which again they use several names , an here we go again. This is fraud. Revdex.com u need to go after this company I wish to file a FRAUD case now. I would like Revdex.com person to call me. I'm sure other people are getting scammed I do not want to deal with this company anymore I want to pursue this legally.

This company has been sending me their face cream after I have cancelled at least three times on the phone. They have my cancellations on file, so in January, the manager told me the cosmetics they had sent me could not be returned & refunded the $89.99 they had charged me. Today, however, I received another product in the mail which I did not order. When I talked to their manager, I was told that I could return it, but they would give me only 25% refund. I would like to get a full refund & be assured that they will not send me anything else ever again.

No, I cancelled the product. They kept sending me out a product after canceling and charging me for the product.
They said they had an issue with their shipping and that's why we received. They said we could only return the product for a 15 or 25% refund. Even if the box was unopened. We do not want to keep or use the product. We want to return if we are assured that we will get a full refund. So far, they haven't charged us for the product sent in March, but it is the one sent & charged in February that we are dealing with. Sorry for the delay as Ihave pneumonia.

The only refund they have given was in January, this product was cancelled LAST year!
February and March we received the product and have asked several times for them to provide an address to return the product to. We tried sending it back by refusing it but the company refused to receive the product back.

This was cancelled 3 times BEFORE January, the product should not have been sent again. Period.

We have a return address to send it to from the product received in March and will be sending the product back. Please accept the returned product.

This company continues to send beauty items that I have not ordered and they deduct 89.99 from my checking account.
I bought one item years ago but I have not bought anything else. They refuse to give my money back saying they will only give me 25% of the 89.99. They say I received an email and ordered this item. If an email was sent to me it would have been in Spam and I NEVER OPEN ANYTHING IN SPAM.

Cancelled subscription service twice. They continue to send product
It was not clear when I made the initial order that it included an automatic refill subscription. I have cancelled twice and still receive product. If I return product they offer a 25% return of full purchase price.

Thursday, 3/14 I received two more packages from the vendor. Order *** and ***. I did not order either of these. I have never rec'd an RA to return any previous shipments from the vendor. The reason the products previously rec'd were not returned is because customer service advised me to return I would have to pay shipping plus 25% of the order. If I kept the order they would only charge me 20% of the order.
It's obvious that they have not cancelled me completely as I just rec'd these two orders.

I first found out about LeReviva Face Cream on a Amazon reward program for buying merchandise and to buy this reward of face Cream it only cost a couple dollars. Well there was a hidden statement that I didn't see (and doubt if there was) that if I didn't respond to LeReviva within 14 days that they would automatically start sending me this product and they did. They never put a price of the cream on any of the Invoice's I got and I figured that they were $25 to $30 I received probably 6 shipments till when I looked at my bank statement and this cream was $89.99 then I called the company and cancelled my membership. I told them I had 4 boxes that I was sending back and they said OK. I used the address on the package and never saw a bank refund. I called this company back and they said I used the wrong address and they needed the tracking number so I ended up losing about $400 right there. About 1 month ago I got another package from them and they said I reopened my account with them all I can say is that didn't happen well I got the correct return address and called them back with the shipping number. I was really afraid to ask them knowing they were crooked sm but I asked anyway what my refund would be and she told me $22.49 .I again cancelled my account and whose to say in another month I'll get another package. Please Please help this old "Fly Boy" end these "Rat Dogs" from ripping people off.

I have sent this complaint once and haven't heard anything back. Brilliant Face Toner (Reviva face cream) continually Scams me by sending me product when I've called their customer service and cancelled the membership. I've sent back products (3 or 4) by the address on the box only to find out later that their would be no refund be cause there is a different address for returns. I found out that because I returned several products to the correct return address (unopened) that I'd only get back $22.49 for an $89.99 product because it's a cosmetic and can't be resold I hope you can see why they keep sending product after I've cancelled them twice. the first time I cancelled the membership they said I reopened my account which is an insane LIE. I've cancelled this membership at least twice and yet I still get product. 2 days ago the 16th of March I got another shipment. Customer service is worthless they only spill out answers that the Scammer owners tell them to say.

I am another person who signed up for a sample and was then entered into a subscription without my permission
The problem is that after cancelling my supposed subscription, this company keeps coming back trying to reactivate my account and charge me again. The first time I received an email and I was able to call and thwart their effort and I told them under no circumstances should they ever contact me again or charge me again. Then 4 months later I just receive a package that only identifies it coming from Healthy and Beauty Fulfillment. I open the package and their is their face cream again. I call them and they said my account was reactivated when I opened their email. I checked and I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL, but I do not think that is legal to reactivate an account by opening an email. I have had to cancel my credit card because I do not believe they will never try this again as this is the third time now. I am having to send back their product at my expense and see if they will refund my money. They are a very unscrupulous company that should not be allowed to be in business.

Desired Outcome

I want my refund and I want to be assured that these cockroaches will never contact me ever again. They will NOT be able to ever charge me again as the card they had to use has now been cancelled.

I have not received a refund for their most recent time that they charged me and I did indeed return the product, which I can prove by tracking that it was returned and the company did indeed receive the returned product. This horrible company is lying. I was refunded the price for the samples originally sent in August, 2018, when I told them I never wanted to be contacted by them again. I was told NOT to return the samples at that time. Why would this company continue to try to "reactivate" my account if not to get money from me that WAS NOT AUTHORIZED? I am including the correspondence I have had with them back and forth for the 3 times when they tried to charge me and the tracking that proves I have returned the product.

Although I did receive an email on 3/12 saying that they were refunding the $89.99, I have yet to actually receive the refund. When I called Le Reviva to follow up, they said everything has been done on their end, however my credit card has not received the refund. My credit card company said that sometimes it does take quite a while to receive the refund, even up to 30 days. I will give them until 4/12, but I do not accept the response until I do actually receive my refund.

I am being charged more than 50% of a product I am returning and didnt order. this is majorly messed up
I received product in the mail after cancelling back in 2018 I called customer service since I did not order this and was told I must have clicked on an email link the company sent in december to renew my subscription? I did no such thing that I can recall. the rep said if I did nothing on the email my subsciption would have automatically been renewed. more than likley this ended up in my junk folkder as I suspect happened to many others and they just up and renewed it anyway - .....the product is unopened so I said I wanted to return and to please cancel again. I was told I would have to pay to return the product and when they issue a refiund they would only provide back $22.50 of the $89.00 they have billed my credit card for a "restocking fee" ...that is more than half of a charge I didnt even make and is a fraudulent practice in my book. I said I would dispute via my credit card then and file a Revdex.com complaint and was advised if I did so the company would no longer do anything to assist in resolving this issue

I had filed another complaint but cannot find the letter, this company has very unsavory and possibly fraudulent practices
I ordered this product in the summer of 2018 and then cancelled it. in december , they started billing me again but it wasnt until I received a package in the mail in february that I realized it. I called the company to cancel and get a refund. I was told they cancelled it but could only offer me a partial refund of 29$ because the rest of the $89.99 was non refundable due to "restocking fees" since they couldnt resell the product. mind you I didnt authorize them to begin sending it to me again to begin with , but they still want to charge me $69.00 for this!!! ... they told me they sent out emails in december and if I did not respond it would have auto renewed my subscription - this probably went to my junk folder - so what a scam this is. .... after I filed the complaint last month, the company sent me an email advising they had processed a full refund - only it have still never shown up , so not my credit card company is disputing with them. I just today received another package from them - again after I cancelled and completely not authorized - upon further investigation of my credit card statements I have been billed $89.99 on my december, january and february invoices. so they owe me $89.99 x 3 since I never received the refund for the 1 charge they said they processed ..... not to mention I didnt even receive the product 3 times and I put back in the mail return to sender upon receipt of the 2 products I did receive. these people are beyond horrible and this is completely ridiculous. please warn others of what a scam this company is

I want full credit processed immediately for all 3 fraudulent charges ,
I want this cancelled never to happen again ( please lose my credit card information and take me completely out of their company records )

first the only refund I have ever recevied was back in October I have not recevied any others they say they have provided to my credit card. on 2/12 I recevied a debit of another $89.99 not a credit as mentioned and received an additional shipment which I put back in the mail return to sender, '
I sent the prior shipment back return to sender as well.
I did not receive the 4 shipments they advised. I have only received 3 , all of which were placed back in mail unopened , below are excerpts from my credit card statement showing the debits where they say the issued credits and the 1 credit I actually recevied in october for charges in september , which they were supposed to issue two but never did - youll see why when you see the charges by two companies all the same place though I promise you I did not purchase a miracle butt cream but was billed by that name -

I have called and requested cancellation the most recent time being 11/19/18 at which they acknowledge cancellation but continue to send product and bill me $89.99. I received face cream in July. Immediately cancelled and asked to be removed from all mailings. Have eceived packages 3 more times with no consent.
I originally clicked on le revive to order the ageless face cream for a $5 trial fee. I didn't see the fine print at the time and was automatically sent two more creams within the month both at $89 per jar. I called to cancel right away and get a refund. I also sent cream back. They only removed 1 of the 3 $89 charges. I felt tricked and requested that I be removed from all mailings in the future and that I never wanted to receive cream again. Some how 3 months later another package arrived with the cream. I called immediately and the woman apologized and said she would once again remove my name. Yet, 3 months from that time, I received it again. I have not consent to this at all via email or otherwise. When I just called they said I had re-activated it through email. I can assure you I did not re-activate it or receive an email. Know they want me to pay for shipping to return item. It is a total invasion of privacy!

I would like to be permanently taken off their email email. Never to receive another automated email or package again.

This company or companies are charging credit card for unauthorized and unwanted products, under the names www.eyeserumglow.com 888 5089075, sparklinglipplumper 888 4186244, and Dreamyeyes.net 877 624 218776 242170. Each time with a charge of 89.99, for a total of 4 times at $359.96

Another address given is Wellness Advancement LLC 11551 E 45th Ave Unit C. They often don't answer their phones and charge account without authorization.

We disputed the original charges in September, but they came back with all kinds of paperwork that supposedly supported fine print of agreement. We dispute that. The account was closed with them at this time. We were not happy with the outcome to say the least. Now here we are with a January Denver Co 80239.

and February and they are charging our credit card again. We definitely did not order and did not want. We called their number and they said they could offer 15% refund. We expect a 100% refund. The January Charge did not even have a product delivered or asked for. The February charge was for a product we received but did not ask for or want.

This is a scam company, that I am sure are taking many people. They seem to be changing their name to keep ahead of regulators.

Refund Personally, A full refund of $359.96 to mailing address. From a society stand point - An investigation into this organization and their business practices. It is a scam, and they need to be stopped. As I say, I am sure they are ripping people off on a wide scale. I would think since they use the internet and mail, mail fraud and other issues are involved. I hope you are able to help. Also, any names organizations that can help in shutting down such scam companies.

...over 1 year ago I ordered a product le reviva skin cream from this company. after use I didnt want anymore, tho I paid for my purchase. they continued to send, and I eventually got them to stop and reimburse for what I didnt order...I had never signed for automatic delivery,....so now 1 year later I just received another jay of th same, of which I never ordered. Continuing to charge me after I canceled.
I signed up for a free eye cream sample and had to pay shipping. They were out of samples said it was my lucky day because they were giving out full size and they'd include a face cream. I did not see the small print that said in 7 days I would be charged $90 per product nor did they mention it but I was charged nearly $200.

I never received an email stating that another order would be sent, a box of face cream and eye cream just showed up. I called to cancel my membership back in Sept 2018. I received the email stating I was removed. I thought it was settled.

Then, Feb 13, I received another box of face cream that I did not order. I immediately called and spoke to a woman that told me I had reinstated my membership in Dec 2018 because I opened an email from them. I never received an email though. I offered to send product back unopened and she wouldn't take it back. I'm concerned they have my banking info now and will continue to charge me at their leisure. I have disputed this with my bank. The woman that I spoke to yelled at me saying this is my fault because I opened the email. I asked when it was sent and who it was from and she said she didn't have that info but mass emails went out in Dec 2018. I did not authorize these purchases and they will not refund and told me I could dispute it but I would never be reimbursed.

In May 2018 I ordered a 'free? sample of Le Reviva face cream. I tried it and am highly allergic to it. I called the company to cancel any further orders and not only got charged $89.99 twice, but they kept sending me different products and I sent everyone of them back. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and got back some of my money but not all. I thought we were done. I never heard anything from them....until yesterday I received a box of that face cream and my credit card was charged $89.99 again...twice. I reported the charges as fraudulent and then had to close that account as the bank was very families with this company and their fraudulent charges. Both offered me a 25% discount on something that I did not order to start with and am very allergic to. I finally got an answer from Krista about how they decided to send this to me. She said all I had to do was open an e mail from them and they consider that as consent to order. I do not use e mail, but I do go into the account sometimes and cancel everything in it without reading it. That seems to be a really illegal way to extort money. I am 71 years old and live on social security only. I can not pay this and I will do snything to put a stop to this company. Please help. Billing Adjustment I would love to see this company put out of business for such dispictable practices. I would like to see the all in jail where they belong. It is not right to steal money from anyone because they open an e mail. What would happen if that was done by every business? No more e mail that's for sure. I responded to an ad on Facebook for this Le Reviva face cream, free trial, just pay for shipping, and of course I made the mistake of giving them my credit card number. That was in beginning of October, 2018. Free trial turned out to be a monthly subscription for which they charged me $89.99. Had a difficult time cancelling order and getting reimbursed. They make you return product to U.S. Post office, get a tracking number, then call them to let them know the RMA number.

No problem until December when I rec'd on my same credit card statement a charge of $89.99 for Zenix face cream, which I didn't order. That was out of Bismarck, ND. However, I didn't notice that charge for some reason until January 24, 2019 when I received an unsolicited package from Le Reviva again containing the same face cream. Packing slip did not indicate a charge. I immediately called the number on the packing slip, 888-310-2768 with an address for returns in Elfers, FL. Told them to take me off their records, close any accounts and never speak to me again. The girl assured me that I was taken off the books. I immediately went to the Post office and sent the box with product back to "Returns, P.O. Box 1045, Elfers, FL 34680-1045. I was told my account was canceled.

Today, 2/12/19 I received my credit card statement. There is a charge for $89.99 for Plumperdose.com 888-647-1469. I immediately called the number and spoke to Melissa. She told me I had to return the product, but wouldn't say whether the product was the Le Reviva Ageless face cream or the lip plumper, which is the product being sold by this Advance Plumperdose.com company. She just kept saying I had to take it to the Post Office, come back and give the tracking number or the RMA number, something like that. I told her I couldn't because I already went to the Post Office and sent the face cream product back to Returns in Elfers, Florida. So she said she couldn't help me because I had to go through this process and return the product I received before they could return any money. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said there was no supervisor there and she was getting ready to close. So I asked for her supervisor's name. She hesitated and said Jessica. I knew she was making up the name. I asked for Jessica's last name. She said she couldn't disclose that. I asked where she was located. She said she couldn't disclose that. I told her I thought she was lying, and I told her this was very shady that she couldn't tell me where the company was located or her supervisor's full name, I asked her for the name of the owner of the company, or the CEO. She said she couldn't disclose that either. Then all of a sudden she disclosed, "My manager's name is Alisha." Not being able to get any further satisfaction, I hung up. I called my credit card company, Capital One. They saw that I had a previous dispute with them in October and said they would file a dispute. I did some research with the Revdex.com and found that they operated under many different names and in many different locations. One of the names of the main principals of the business, I saw, was someone named ***. So that may be the same person who is supposed to be this girl's "manager" that I spoke to today.

Besides the fact I know they are a scam company, it is very difficult to get them to stop coming back months later and charging your card. I believe I'm going to have to cancel my charge card or change the number, because they will never leave me alone. So check out Zenix and Plumperdose besides Le Reviva and the many, many, many different names the Revdex.com has discovered (although those might just be their product names). Thank you.

This company keeps taking money out of my checking account and I had problem in the past with this and called and was suppose to be removed from all their stuff and it has happened again twice.
