In response to this complaint, our company has been trying to work with the customer to come to an amicable solutionWhile naturally occurring debris that has not yet self-cleaned from the system or is resting in the valleys is not a warrantable concern, our company is open to a resolution where we could assist the customer with cleanings in these areasHowever, we have had two company reps try to call the customer and each time the customer ends the phone call before we’re able to offer resolutionWe would ask the customer to please call our service department at 1- [redacted] and ask for [redacted] ***

They came out and did the work yesterdayThey did everything for the price they said they were going to do the job for This issue is closed

We certainly appreciate the customer's request for a refund Unfortunately the particular situation does not qualify for a refund as per the terms of the warranty issued to the customer We would like to reiterate that the customer has had the product on the home for two years with very little need for service from our company Our records indicate that the customer has requested service on two occasions and we have responded promptly and without charge This should certainly prove our commitment to standing behind our product and installation Therefore we reiterate our offer to come to the property at no charge to service or clean whatever areas the customer requests We will also to continue to service our product moving forward

We are certainly disappointed that the customer has not elected to allow us to help with the situation We have reviewed the media the customer included with his complaint It is quite apparent that the debris on the gutters is primarily debris being shed from the roofing shingles While we cannot control the rate of decay of the roofing shingles we certainly can help him to clear them as we have offered previously and he even allowed us to do as recently as the 18th of August, just about two weeks ago We can assure all that the product operated quite well at that time and we are prepared to go out again should the customer change their mind That being said, we stand behind our previous assertions that we have installed a product as contracted and have generously provided service whenever requested for no cost to the customer Furthermore we have counter offered the customer as per their previous request for compensation and have not received a response For these reasons we request the complaint be closed

We received and reviewed the customer's rebuttal Upon review we reached out to the customer to further discuss the issue We discussed executing the additional components of the system at the areas needed because we believe that is going to fix the customer's concerns on the porch We agreed to perform this additional work the week of 2/ We also agreed that the customer is not waiving any rights to lodge future complaints should our efforts not address her concerns

This has not been resolved, they have been here twice but we have not had rain to determine if problem is resolved. The gutters were leaking and that requires rainfall/water to determine status so your resolution is bogus!*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with corporate office (***) and he said yesterday that he wanted to make the leaf filter meet specifications by placing a rain guard in some areasHe also explained that if it snow or ice out that the same thing will occur with the leaf filterI explained that I'm handicap and when I walk on my porch and I don't need to fallI told *** that needed to be explained when selling the product because I wouldn't have purchased it*** NEVER entertained a refund and removing their product! I also informed him that this was not my specialty and I don't know if placing rain guards would correct things as it would stop the porch from getting wetIt will not stop the dangerous ice sickles ESPECIALLY since snow and ice can clogged the micro leaf filterI would be placing myself to be sued if someone visit and be injuredI don't feel this product is good for me because of risk of injury and information lefted out when sellingFor him to say placing rain guards would complete this complaint is as one area doesn't have a valley and ice sickles was hangingRefund of is what I wantI should have to be afraid to go out on my porch and fallThis is very stressful and should have been told to me in November when selling/presenting the product

I am rejecting this response because: As you can see from these pictures rain water CANNOT even get into my gutters because their leaffilter' product clogsThus making water run OVER my gutters onto the ground which will eventually cause foundation problemsWhich in their own promotion says am improper gutter system can cause foundation issues.For them to say their product works is fraudulentCertainly their product keeps my gutters clean because NOTHING can get into my gutters NOT even the rain runoff on my roofThey might as well of covered my gutters with plastic and say their product works because the gutters are clean! Please let me know if you are getting my attached pictures and video showing this problem. I have spent more time over the past five months cleaning my gutters since I installed their product than the past TWO years when nothing was on my gutters.

We have spoken to the customer and presented a solution to satisfy the customer We have spoken to the customer today to present the solution and the customer is willing to have us out to perform the required service We appreciate the customer's cooperation and will be completed with
the required service within the next couple of days

We addressed the customer's concern on 4/17/18. We were not notified appropriately of the complaint, so we did not respond right away to the Revdex.com. We received the letter on 4/& confirmed with customer, no further action needed as of 4/25. We are more than willing to address
any concerns through our service department at *** as needed

I am rejecting this response because: It has been years since these were purchased and we were given a money back guarantee that this product would do everything that they claimed it would We have complained several times and asked them to remove their product from our house and refund our money They have failed to do so Clearly , their product does not perform as we were told and they have had two years to fix the problem We now want their product removed from our property and our money refunded as we were told We have the money back guarantee in writing and we expect for them to do what they advertised to do We will not be satisfied until our money is refunded and the leaf filter gutter guards are removed

We received notification of the customer's report and reached out to the customer to see if we could resolve the issue.  We are pleased to report that we have come to an agreement to meet the customer's request.

We reviewed this customer’s case and dispatched a technician to the home to investigate their concerns. We made some minor adjustments for their satisfaction with the splash guards and replaced some screen the customer had removed. The customer was present while our technician performed the service...

and signed off on his work. Customer will monitor performance. We’ve attached a copy of our service ticket for reference.

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with [redacted] and he wants to put rain guards to help the porch from getting wet. No mention of refund for damage metal roof nor a fix for ice sickles. The little ice we got so far this year was minor. I had big ice sickles that can penetrate one head if fall apart the gutters. These ice sickles came from rain when the temperatures was below 30 degrees. If I was informed by seller Mr. [redacted] that ice/snow and heavy rain wouldn't drain properly, I WOULD HAVE NEVER SIGNED AND PURCHASED THE PRODUCT! I don't need another fall from wet weather as I have my knee scope for a tear and my elbow reconstructed from a wet surface. I want Leaf Filter to remove their product and refund me 1749.00.
