 We have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].The technician came out and did some alterations to the Leaf Filter System. We are waiting until we have rain to see if the alterations work. We spoke to the technician that was at our home, who told us there is a possibility we will need larger downspouts in order for their product to work properly, since our roof is large and there is a lot of rain that runs off the roof. If their product can't handle the amount of rain coming off the roof, why were we sold the product in the first place?   We will contact you after we have a good amount of rain and inform you if the alterations took care of the problem.Sincerely,[redacted]

We installed gutter protection on the customer's existing gutters on 3/4/16.  Shortly thereafter the customer reported he required service.  We were out on 3/28/16 to service the system.  While servicing the system we found his reported issue was not covered under the warranty but...

serviced the system anyway.  We provided additional service at the customer's request on 4/2/16, and 5/5/16.  On 6/22/16 at the customers request we volunteered to continue servicing the customer up to once every other week.  The customer declined our offer.  On 7/14/16 we again provided service and then most recently on 8/18/16 at the customer's request.  While we recognize that the customer's environment provides unique challenges we  have continued to stand behind our product by making sure the system continues operating as intended.  Being that we have not denied service despite the issues not being covered under warranty we believe we have provided the highest levels of service and support and cannot justify the customer's request of product removal.  Alternatively, the customer has expressed an option of keeping the product and releasing the company of future servicing responsibilities.  We are in the process of exploring that proposal as we are fully committed to the goal of customer satisfaction.
