We have indeed reached out to the consumer based upon his request While we do not have an agreement in it's entirety to resolve our issues and receive payment for work performed, we have agreed upon the next step of communicating with the customer's 3rd party contacts to understand what details need to be resolved We will continue to work with the customer to seek full resolution

We have been to Mr [redacted] 's home in the past to investigate his concerns with overflowAt that time, we offered to install a diverter to address the excessive amount of water that dumps onto his roof from his neighbor, but that service was declined at that timeWe made arrangements to re-evaluate the situation again this week and met with the other occupant of the home (Mr [redacted] was not available) and are willing to work with the customer to find an amicable solutionWe have left messages for Mr [redacted] to address his concerns since our assessment earlier this week, but have not yet received return correspondenceWe will continue to try to reach Mr [redacted] , but given our willingness to work with the customer and address his concerns, we ask that this matter be closed at this time

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I told [redacted] from Leaf Filter the dollar amount of the damages that were sustained on my roof and gutters by the installers from Leaf Filter as investigated by the contractors I have hired to perform work on my home in the past few years I gave [redacted] the contact information so that if he chose, he could contact them to confirm the dollar amount that I gave him He was supposed to call me back Tuesday, 5/16/but as of yet, he has not called me back In his offer, [redacted] said he would have his contractors do the repair work, since they were the ones who did the damage originally, I felt it would not be in my best interest to let them perform the repair work My preference would be to have my contractors do the repairs since I know that they are capable of doing the repairs correctly I was hoping to discuss this with [redacted] after he confirmed what my contractors told me I am not opposed to negotiating with [redacted] on the work needing to be done, but in order to do any negotiations, you must have conversationI am starting to get the feeling that [redacted] is trying to avoid talking to me I am going to wait until next Tuesday to see if this complaint to the Revdex.com will motivate [redacted] to contact me, if he does not, I will have no alternative but to secure a lawyer and take this matter to court Sincerely, [redacted]

We have been trying to reach this customer in regards to their concerns and we've been playing a bit of phone tagOur most recent attempts, we left a message last night and this morningWe encourage the customer to call back and speak with our Regional Project Manager, Casey B***Or please call

We certainly understand the customer's frustration and feel we have responded appropriately to address the issues. We are providing a new gutter at the customer's request. We cannot honor any additional requests at this time

We were able to inspect the customer's home last week and we have follow service set for 9/

I am rejecting this response because: they have not scheduled anumythong with me I called them Monday and Wednesday morning
8/2/ They said they would schedule something and I can't get anything scheduled On top of that, they want to put more things on my house and cut up my roof to attempt to make their stuff work differently I don't want them cutting up my roof I told them that I just want them to remove everything and issue a refund

I am rejecting this response because: Jared showed up on August 28th without an appointmentHe said the
previous person had made empty promisesHe could put extra screws in the gutters to hold the screen down but would not replace the screens. My husband asked him to remove the flashing he had placed over the back door and on the second floor cornerHe did remove the flashing over the door but not on the second floorHe did put additional screws in the gutters on the garage but not on the houseHe said he did not have a ladder long enough to work on the house and would make an appointment to return and finish the workNo appointment has been made and the work is not complete

We have a service appointment scheduled for this week with the customer and fully expect to resolve the customer's performance concerns

We do understand the customer's concerns.  We have committed to the customer to repair any shingles or roof vents that were damaged during installation.  We have also agreed to install new gutters on the home.  We have also offered to negotiate a financial settlement.  As of this...

response, the customer has not accepted any of these offers.  We will continue to stand behind our product and installation by allowing these offers to stand.

[redacted]- We reached out to Mrs. [redacted] Monday morning to get a further idea of her concerns and or questions. She was insistent Leaffilter was a great system but she didn't feel it was right for her house because she received too much debris. I followed that we would like to come out as soon as...

possible and see what the issue was, as we had not heard anything from her since February. She couldn't meet Monday, so we arranged to meet at her convenience on Tuesday at 10:30. Upon arriving in the rain we didn't notice the dripping she had complained about. She said she recently had cleaned her roof , covered up any "trenching", and swept off the system. I advised her sweeping the system off could be part of the problem...it pushes mulching debris in to the screen and can inhibit it's performance. We water tested different areas ( I took large amounts of debris, applied it to the system, and put water above...everything functioned great).  Mrs [redacted] had video of it dripping over but we were unable to recreate the problem she said existed.  I pressure washed the system to jettison and debris that could have been mashed in to the screen. I inspected for proper hanger location and everything looked good. Mrs. [redacted] agreed to remove the Revdex.com complaint if we could come back when the system had time to get debris on it naturally. I told her we want to fix any problem/concern, but without seeing it when it's failing...I don't know where to look or what the problem seemed to be. Respectfully,Joe R[redacted]
