Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response although much of the email they wrote ir true. I have received three calls and each time I return the call it goes straight to voice mail so I guess at best we are playing phone tag. Leaf filter is well aware of my complaints as I tried to work it out with them before contacting the Revdex.com. Casey would go out and look at the problem and then call me with why they shouldn't have to fix it. From here on if they leave me a voice mail I want them to suggest action on their or my part. Example, Mr. [redacted], we went out and fixed the problem as we understand it. Why don't you go out and inspect it and see if it meets your satisfaction. or Mr. [redacted] we need  to schedule a time to come do the work on your gutters let us know when we can come out. This will be a lot more efficient than "this is Casey please give me a call". Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  I told [redacted] from Leaf Filter the dollar amount of the damages that were sustained on my roof and gutters by the installers from Leaf Filter as investigated by the contractors I have hired to perform work on my home in the past few years.  I gave [redacted] the contact information so that if he chose, he could contact them to confirm the dollar amount that I gave him.  He was supposed to call me back Tuesday, 5/16/2017 but as of yet, he has not called me back.  In his offer, [redacted] said he would have his contractors do the repair work, since they were the ones who did the damage originally, I felt it would not be in my best interest to let them perform the repair work.  My preference would be to have my contractors do the repairs since I know that they are capable of doing the repairs correctly.  I was hoping to discuss this with [redacted] after he confirmed what my contractors told me.  I am not opposed to negotiating with [redacted] on the work needing to be done, but in order to do any negotiations, you must have conversation. I am starting to get the feeling that [redacted] is trying to avoid talking to me.  I am going to wait until next Tuesday to see if this complaint to the Revdex.com will motivate [redacted] to contact me, if he does not, I will have no alternative but to secure a lawyer and take this matter to court.

We apologize for the reported delays and miscommunications in regards to follow up service. We have executed follow up service and performed a water test to confirm.

We do understand the customer is planning to inspect the job and we are waiting for his notification and confirmation. We have left him a couple of messages in regards to this, but have not yet heard back.

We have indeed reached out to the consumer based upon his request.  While we do not have an agreement in it's entirety to resolve our issues and receive payment for work performed, we have agreed upon the next step of communicating with the customer's 3rd party contacts to understand what details need to be resolved.  We will continue to work with the customer to seek full resolution.

My husband and I never rejected the original revision, simply Leaf Filter never came out to make the revision. I have attached e-mail correspondence between both parties, but have not heard back on the date of when the revision will be completed. We will close out the complaint once the revisions have been made and tested to properly work.Sincerely,[redacted]
