I am rejecting this response because I've checked with the bankThere was no transaction from this company sent to my bankAfter reviewing "several other complaints sent in to the Revdex.com regarding this company, I realize there response is just a set up At this point, I'm asking for a check

We sent him a message again on our customer support platform yesterday, but received no response from [redacted] We have options to continue to help [redacted] if he indeed responds to us, including calling his bank to check on the status of the withdrawal.Any further help we can provide could include sensitive personal information, so we won't continue to attempt to solve this issue on a public forum such as the Revdex.comIf [redacted] responds to us we're happy to help see this through

Leaguesafe doesn't intervene when there is a potential problem. They won't even listen to the problem, they just sit back and let people get scammed! I will never use them again, they get their money and they don't care about anything else. Maybe they are in on the scam?

*** admitted that the information I provided was correctThis means the following is true... We refunded his leagues, meaning that he has no claim to anything from a monetary standpoint any moreHe received his money backWe cannot return his teams to him, as they are now controlled by someone elseThere's nothing we can do to meet this demand. Had *** not asked for a refundWe would not have refunded himHe would still be a member of his leaguesWe did as instructed by the customer, who is now feeling regret towards his decisionThere is nothing further our organization can add

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/03/20) */
Complainant contacted LeagueSafe to request a refund for the $transaction referenced in his complaint on 3/13/at 9:17amLeagueSafe responded just over an hour later, outlining our refund policy and giving the customer advice on
how to get his refund request approved despite it being past the league's refund deadlineWe never wavered from our refund policy as outlined in our Terms of Service and followed internal protocol in an effort to resolve the dispute that was taking place between the complainant and his fantasy league commissioner, despite having no legal obligation to resolve disputes between league members
This case was ultimately resolved when complainant's fantasy league commissioner approved complainant's $refund requestThat refund was subsequently issued by LeagueSafe and processed on 3/14/2014, less than hours after complainant first contacted LeagueSafe for a resolution
We stand firmly behind our refund policy and would like to emphasize that it is designed to protect not just league members against unscrupulous commissioners (by allowing for full refunds, no questions asked, up until the league payment deadline), but also commissioners; against dishonest league members who might attempt to remove themselves from a league they agreed to participate in because they drafted poorly or had an underperforming team
In this case, we believe our refund policy and internal protocol for helping resolve league disputes worked perfectlyThe complainant received the refund he desired within hours of making his request

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/09) */
Mr*** opened a ticket with us on September 7,
Within the ticket he requested a refund for a fantasy football league that he was a part of which used our service to house the league fundsHis refund request was after his league's
refund deadline, so we attempted to contact the league manager, Jesse ***, to attempt to obtain approval for a refund on Mr***'s behalfThis is our standard procedure for any refund requests made after the refund deadline
Mr*** did not approve the refund for Mr***From there it was quite obvious that this was a conflict between two members in a league
Our terms of service clearly define payment refund dates and availability, as well as define how we will not intervene in personal conflicts that arise between league membersWith his submission of payment to the league, Mr*** agreed to accept these terms of service
The issue was closed on September on our end
The reason that Mr*** received a payment reminder email from LeagueSafe this season, is that his commissioner used the rollover feature on our site to create a new league, while keeping the same members from last seasonA notification went to last year's members
Mr*** has the option to log in to his LeagueSafe account and click "Cancel Invite" next to the league name on his list of leaguesIn this particular case we will remove him from the league, so he does not receive any future emailsWe will also remove his account from our system
We're sorry that he did not have a good experience with LeagueSafe, based on his poor experience with his league's commissionerOur customer service team followed proper protocol in this matter
Please let us know if there are any other questions

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2015/07/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Even though I think their explanation is not sufficient and they try and blame me for this by telling me that I can log into my leaguesafe account and click cancel invite, I am just sick of dealing with thisFrankly, they have wasted enough of my time and, in my opinion, tried to get me to pay another $that they did nothing to earnNot to mention their apology was about as lame as can beI asked for things, an apology, (which I did not get) and to be removed permanently from their system, which they claim they didout of isn't bad for them, so I will just accept it and move on
Thank you

Customer (Mr***) was confused as to what league he was in, and he didn't actually win funds in said leagueA simple mistake
Mr*** has since contacted us and apologized for the errorEverything appears to be resolved

I am rejecting this response because:
Hello -Although Mat ***'s remarks are correct, rather than acknowledge any root issues at stake, it appears that forcing me out and not allowing me to enter back into the league was their desired
methodMy concern is that several facts were omitted from this and it has turned into a situation where they got me out, because they couldHad they ever been willing to have a discussion about the concerns in decision making, I would have welcomed thatEven after not receiving that, I pleaded with Mat to allow me to stay in the league, but to no avail. It was a most disappointing situation that has has only gotten worse by them locking me out and reselling my teams so quicklySuffice to say: they wonI lost.Sincerely,***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I attempted to allow late payments in order to give my fantasy football owners extra time to pay their dues without worry because like normal human beings they have other priorities in their lives. League Safe tacks on a late fee which goes directly to the company, and not to the payout of the league. This is in addition to processing fees. I would not recommend League Safe to my worst enemy, let alone a friend, and will not be returning. I would also drop out of any fantasy league that used League Safe as their payment site.

Customer (Mr. [redacted]) was confused as to what league he was in, and he didn't actually win funds in said league. A simple mistake. Mr. [redacted] has since contacted us and apologized for the error. Everything appears to be resolved.

I used LeagueSafe while playing fantasy football through Yahoo, my entire league caught our commissioner cheating and editing other managers lineups, we reported this to LeagueSafe and they refused to do anything. "[redacted]" the customer services rep told me LeagueSafe, who is holding hundreds of dollars for us is not responsible for our money our pay out FOR ANY REASON. Ridiculous.

Five people asked for refunds andLeagueSafe refused to do anything. One member took several screen caps on his iPhone with times to show the comish editing his own lineups for his own benefit and another account- all of this was sent to LeagueSafe.

As soon as the commish was able to give out money he paid himself first place prize - he finished 4th, second to another account which we believed was his as he was editing that persons lineups (we found out while reading the commissioners notes) and third to the person that actually came in third. We sent this info. to LeagueSafe and they did nothing...including the final standings and the managers list with their emails attached and they did nothing.

I came in second and am now out lots of money and LeagueSafe's basically said, "oh well."

I WILL NEVER USE LEAGUESAFE AGAIN.

I had a similar experience with them. I finished 2nd in fantasy baseball and the commish paid himself out and the 3rd place team out skipping my team!

[redacted] initiated an ACH withdrawal (a withdrawal direct to his bank account) on January 18th and contacted us on January 26th at 11:10am stating that he had not seen his funds as of yet.We responded to his customer support ticket at 11:30am on the 26th, stating our usual expected time of 7 days for...

these transactions to complete, but that it also may take a day longer depending on how quick his bank reconciles the transaction. After that he did not respond to our ticket.[redacted] opened a new ticket on February 2nd at 11:41am CT, we responded to his ticket at 12:12pm CT that day. And had to work with our accounting team and bank to obtain a trace number for him to track his transaction. We responded to him again on Tuesday, Feb 6th with his trace number so he could track the transaction with his bank. All he needs to do is call his bank and they will tell him how his funds were applied.

Mr. [redacted] contacted our customer service team on January 3 at 21:22. Our initial response from our agents to him was 20 minutes later at 21:42. He responded in kind five minutes after that at 21:47, and his question was solved the next morning at 9:20 on January 4.Our service has never offered a...

phone customer service option for several reasons. The size of our business, the manpower necessary to man a bank of phones, and the fact that our agents are incredibly efficient and productive in the online portal. Many of our customer service tickets require transaction numbers and other text/numerical values as vital information to solve issues for our customers. We're a digital company, we operate in the online realm, we don't take payments via the phone, we don't take customer service calls via the phone. For a vast majority of our customers this is all they need.Upon payment to LeagueSafe each paying member must review our terms of service, which also outlines our payout options. We've always made our best effort to maintain a balance of low cost options for our customers while remaining a profitable business. To that our service offers two completely free payout options, which are an Amazon gift code or a Tango prepaid online Visa card. Our premium payout options include a $3.00 printable e-check, a $4.00 check sent via the US Mail, and a $5.00 electronic transfer to a checking or savings account. To be perfectly honest our payout fees, which we highlight in several places on our site, and are still nominal, are the way that our business turns a profit. With interest rates at an all-time low, we only actually make a fraction of a percent on holding league funds. In Mr. [redacted]'s case the $10.00 payment to the league probably ended up netting us about 4 cents. That's simply not enough to stay in business. We're a for-profit company, and a service that provides a great convenience that one can utilize for completely no cost from start to finish. We think that's incredibly fair.

Please see attached response. ThanksMat [redacted]
