I am rejecting this response because: The fact that the company says it doesn't employ any 3rd party sales people is truly in every sense The sales person was definitely representing the company LFG and explained nothing and in fact told us several things that completely contradict your contract Working for and having contracts with vendors and contracts with New York Life among other companies is in fact a representation of that company when you give them the ability to fill out paperwork and sale your product Other people wren't allowed to sell their product because they weren't to be trusted and did not have a good reputation with the insurance industry so in fact the reliable companies wouldn't employ them You employ all of these individuals that sell your product and then after being lied to over and over and the entire nation knowing all the problems your company has, as well as the ATTORNEY GENERAL of states take you to court, it is without doubt, obvious that your company knows who they allow to sell the products and then takes illegal as well as irresponsible and immoral practices to get what they want and try to flip a profit off of not the service to businesses, but the corrupt chasing around trying to make money off of fees and contracts that they know are sold under pretenses and yes you are liable

However, in an effort to amicably resolve this matter, LFG extends the following settlement proposal (a copy of which will be mailed directly to Lessee):
Upon receipt and successful negotiation of payment in the amount of $2,500.00, LFG will release Lessee and Complainant (as Personal Guarantor) from any and all obligations under the Agreement. This offer will expire in 30 days from the date of this letter.
LFG’s proposal is merely an accommodation and will not be construed as an admission of any wrongdoing or liability whatsoever. Accordingly, kindly advise Lessee to contact LFG’s legal collections department at [redacted] for immediate assistance on this matter.

Its Schedule of Lease Payments details Lessee’s base monthly payments of $40.00 (plus applicable taxes and fees) towards the leased equipment (the “Equipment”).

Additionally, no attempt at oral modification or rescission of this lease or any term hereof will be binding upon the parties. Thus, any alleged actions, promises, or representations by vendors made contradictory to the Agreement will not release Lessee from any obligations thereunder.
To date, as Lessee’s account remains one payment past due in the amount of $ $83.45 with 31 payments remaining therein for lease. Lease 1987998 is current and in good standing, with 32 payments remaining.
In summation, the Agreement does not provide for Lessee’s unilateral termination of its terms and obligations. Rather, it expressly sets forth the absolute and unconditional obligation to continue all payments due thereunder. Furthermore, no refund is due from LFG.
Thus, LFG will continue to enforce the Agreement to its fullest extent.
