I am writing to you in regards to Complaint No [redacted] Could you please ask the customer to provide you with the necessary paperWork to support his claim that he was promised free fuel along with free oil changesAt Lebanon Chrysler dodge Jeep Ram, we strive to take care of our customer's needs However, in the case of Mr***, we firmly believe he is trying to take advantageI have worked in and around this industry for upwards of plus yearsI have never seen a single instance where a customer was promised free gasoline fill ups for lifeWe did promise Mr [redacted] free life time oil changes, which we agree to honorMr [redacted] did in fact receive free fill ups, but this was not because he was promised themHe received them as a gift in efforts to make good on an unnecessary trip he made to the dealership and a mistake that was made during a standard oil change and tire rotation that was being performed on his vehicleThe owner of the dealership and several employees in the service department can attest to Mr***'s Ram truck arriving for service having next to fumes in the gas tankThe opinions of every LCDJR employee that dealt with Mr [redacted] is that of he was trying to get something for free

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN RE: [redacted] Lebanon Chrysler issued a ck to [redacted] in the amount of $and picked it up on November 16, Any questions feel free to contact me[redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I agree that a promise of gas fill ups for life is very unreasonableThe promise made at the sale was ; every miles I was to receive a free Oil change and tire rotation for the life of my lease (months), and with that I was to receive a tank of fuelOn a 30,mile lease (10,miles per year), that is only fill upsWhen the gas was promised, and there was no limitation set on the fuel level prior to reciving the promised fuelI can assure I wasn't trying to take advantage, the only LCDJR employees that I interacted with about my complaint were the owners [redacted] and [redacted] I did not receive fill ups as a gift for complications during a serviceI was told by ***n that the dealership was under new ownership, and that was the reasoning behind why the promise of fuel would no longer be honored Regards, [redacted] ***

[redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] Dear [redacted] Please be advised this office represents [redacted] regarding his March 27, 2015 purchase of a 2015 Dodge Dart. [redacted] entered into a lease agreement on March 11, 2015 for a 2015 Chrysler 200 SD. He returned the Chrysler and purchased a 2015 Dodge Dart on March 27, 2015. An additional $9,100.00 was added to his purchase price, as the leased Chrysler was treated as a trade in vehicle. Our review of [redacted] ’s Lease Agreement and Buyer’s Order revealed some discrepancies between the numbers used to calculate the balance due on the Dodge Dart and the numbers from the original Lease Agreement. Specifically, the payoff on the 2015 Chrysler 200 SD trade vehicle is listed as $26,100.00 on the Buyer’s Order, but the total of all lease payments is only $14,898.30 on the Lease Agreement. The $26,100.00 figure is not anywhere on the Lease Agreement. Also, the trade in value for the Chrysler used on the Buyer’s Order is $17,000.00, while the agreed upon value of the Chrysler was listed as $25,904.76 on the Lease Agreement just sixteen days earlier. Upon your review of this matter, please provide an explanation of how the figures were reached in the Buyer’s Order calculation. I anticipate your response with an explanation of the discrepancies no later than June 19, 2015 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Customer stated he has not heard anything back from the businessCustomer did get money returned from *** ***, which was the original lender It wasn't the full amount that should have been It was only $or $difference Biggest complaint was the business did not pay off the loan in a timely manner They got a return check but did not notify customer Had customer not been checking with the lender, customer would not have known the loan had not been paid and he would have gone late on payment which would have affected his credit report Customer is not going to do anything further He just wanted it reported and how the business practice was as far as not paying off loans on time and that it was not a big deal to them

*** *** *** *** * ** ***I have
read the concerns for *** *** and he has stated the correct concerns
about his vehicle except for the resealing of the panels with RTV I did in
fact look at the vehicle and heard the water in the top and
also agreed to help
the customer with the ongoing concern with the leak because they were replaced
with new panels under the warranty periodThe vehicle returned months later
outside of the warranty period by mileage which is backed by the manufacturer
The protocol for this repair requires the dealer to take pictures and relate
information back to the manufacturer (Chrysler Corp] I explained that to the
customer and I Know this is an aggravation for the customerI did say to the
customer in fact I would make it right and I intend to do just that with the
help from the manufacturerThe dealer does not make the parts and they only
install them and the warranty is backed from the manufacturerHis warranty is
with the Chrysler Corporation and not Lebanon Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamThe part
has been ordered and the part that we looked at first is here and has not been
painted because the requirement from the manufacturer have not been meet and if
the vehicle needs the other panel it will need to be diagnosed and authorized
by Chrysler*** *** had his vehicle repaired while it was under warranty
at miles on July 161'and I personally did not see the vehicle
again until he brought it back again on 5/15/and ft returned again on
05/20/with miles on itThe vehicle is outside the warranty and he
is deserving of help which we will gladly pursue on his behalf.Intent:We
will submit on his behalf the required information for the customer to
Chrysler.We will
repair it to Chrysler standards with their approval and have them Involved with
the repair.I called
the customer on 7/29/and left a message for the customer to call me.The customer needs to have
the vehicle dropped off for the diagnostics submission of the request for
Chrysler assistance and we will order the proper parts and have them painted
with their approval. We will provide a rental
vehicle for the customer while the proper diagnosis is being performed and we
will also provide a rental when the work is being performed. If you have any questions please feel to call

complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The Business has provided the check that was sent. The check is dated 6-26-2017. Our vehicle was purchased on 6-9-2017. The dealer delayed payment over 2 weeks, then some sort of error occurred and the check was sent back to the dealer. The dealer did not notify us, the customer, of a returned check. Payment on the loan become due. Instead of ruining the customer credit, the customer paid the monthly payment of $602. Customer notified dealer. Dealer said they would take care of any issues the following Business day and we would get all money's owed back. Dealer did not take care of the problem the following business day. The loan was paid off 5 days later 42 days after the new vehicle was purchased. Customer is only getting back $500 from original loan, and is still owed $102 from dealer.
