For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear.In response to the dealership in question, I was never instructed on how long the deposit would be held for, also in response to the dealership, I maintained constant contact with the salesman I was working with and he was more than helpful. He worked with my schedule and with the changes that had to be made due to the timeframes of my Military obligations. He was dissapointed when he contacted me telling me someone else sold the car. He knew that I would be traveling and that I WOULD have been there the Tuesday after memorial day to make the purchase.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I agree that a promise of gas fill ups for life is very unreasonable. The promise made at the sale was ; every 5000 miles I was to receive a free Oil change and tire rotation for the life of my lease (36 months), and with that I was to receive a tank of fuel. On a 30,000 mile lease (10,000 miles per year), that is only 6 fill ups. When the gas was promised, and there was no limitation set on the fuel level prior to reciving the promised fuel. I can assure I wasn't trying to take advantage, the only LCDJR employees that I interacted with about my complaint were the 2 owners [redacted] and [redacted] I did not receive 4 fill ups as a gift for complications during a service. I was told by [redacted]n that the dealership was under new ownership, and that was the reasoning behind why the promise of fuel would no longer be honored.

Business indicated they did touch up and also bought touch up paint but they haven't been in to get it.
