LED Outfitters

I have placed a few orders with LED outfitters and all items received are of good quality.
On one such order I was sent a set of switches instead of the Intel Siren/controller.
I called and reported the issue. The person I spoke with was polite and apologized. said to keep the switches and that the correct item would be shipped out that day. I received the correct item two days later.

Sold me a junk light bar that was defective straight out of the box and they want ME to pay return shipping! WHAT? NO! This is on you, not me! Mike in customer service is terrible! Would do nothing to help me! Worst LED company ever!

I replied "thank you"The LED Outfitter rep mumbled very softly, what sounded like " [redacted] ***" and then immediately hung up the phoneI have never dealt with a company that is so incompetent, rude, and have so much disdained towards their customers Furthermore to reply to LED Outfitters comment, the description states, "The MINI TIR SABER LED Light bar is a 360-degree lighting system with extremely low amperage draw Using our signature low profile design, it is engineered to provide superior aerodynamics and greater fuel savings than other light bars" it further states, "The MINI SABER can be hardwired as well to your existing switch box LB magnet mounting brackets come standard but can be permanently mounted as well." The new LED lights that I bought at ledoutfitter rock out! I got them neatly packaged the next day after I placed my order; great service, low prices - what else could I wish for? They could probably stock some more accessories, but the choice is still rather good

The lightbar is advertised to not use the magnets while vehicle is in motionMagnets are not meant for permanent installation and you run the risk of it failing

Shopping at Ledoutfitters is by far the most pleasent experience for meI've worked with a number of suppliers, and I've seen different attitude to clientsThis shop is just awesome; they've got a large variety of strobes, offroad work lights, mounts and accessoriesDelivery is rather fast as well; when I need something for my car, Ledoutfitters is the first place I go to

Believe the positive reviews! If you are looking for high-quality LED light or loud audible warning equipment you should go straight to LED Outfitters websiteTheir lights are indeed as good as described and seem even brighterThe sirens produce loud in effective traffic-moving tones so you have no problem to get anywhere you want

Have ordered the replacement parts for the customerWhen we get the man into the threes weeks we will ship it to the customer

They charged me $for no reason and when I requested a refund they said they would but never sent itThe day I purchased my lights I put in a cancellation request and a refundThey will not refund me or send me a tracking number after business days went past with my lights still not hereVery poor customer serviceThey clearly do not care about there customers
