I asked for a contact number for the company so that I may contact them.  In the companies message there was no phone number.  I would like to speak to a live person. I did receive a phone call earlier however, the person directed me to another company called [redacted] Law Firm to assist me in building my credit, which is not the service I am looking for. This company is giving false advertisement.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  Regards,[redacted] I would've loved to have these "lenders" contact me over a month ago when I was trying to refinance my car, now it really does me no good to refinance with your company when I can't call and talk to an actual human on the phone because you have no customer service line, and I'm sure if you did they would ignore me just like the 4 people I spoke too who were more concerned with trying to sell me something or talk to me about credit, I know how it all works I don't need to be talked too about my credit when I'm perfectly aware, now I'm trying to get a car via an independent seller in town in which I'm sure your company can't help me with because it's not a car dealership, because  your company couldn't even help me when I needed it the most and I emailed a few times saying I had a deadline and no response, I'm sorry but it shouldn't take a complaint to the Revdex.com to get a response.

the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  
They should have just called me and been proactive to see if I got an offer. After all I did give them very sensitive data including my social security number.
So to answer, their question , I still have not received any offers and might be open to one if they contact me.
