I have spoke to [redacted] and advised her that her home warranty company orders and pay for the service parts that are needed to repair her unit,
and they pay us to install the parts they purchase. The compressor was determined to defective and needs replaced.
Her policy pays 10.00 per lb of...

freon and the balance of 62.00 lb is up to her to pay for.
Absolute offered to reduce our cost of refrigerant from 744.00 to 500.00 to try and help her as much as possible.
[redacted] thought the compressor failure was caused by the freon leak and I advised her the freon leak was caused because of the compressor failure
causing the unit to shack and tripping the breaker and making the noise she was referring to in her complaint.
Absolute Comfort did nothing wrong in this case and offered to help the customer in any way we could.

I asked that the balance that was owed me be given to me in the form of a voucher if not refunded but have not received any guarantee that would happen. The company made statements regarding their policy but did not address my concerns. My daughter was terrified by the Paris attack and state dept warning and didn't want to go because she was afraid. What was the purpose of purchasing the insurance if we can't cancel in light of such an event? I am asking for a resolution. I would like the balance that was withheld to either be refunded or given to me in the form of a voucher or credit. Thank You!

My family paid over $13,000 on a tour based on their company’s website that promised EXPERT tour guides. Instead, EF Tours hired someone who was completely unqualified and inept at her job.  The fact that they fired her for these very reasons is an admission from EF Tours that this person was not what they promised us and not at all what we paid for. I have spent an entire year trying to get a response and now, through Revdex.com, they have admitted again that they were at fault by saying they are “disapointed (spelled wrong) that the Tour Director did not meet the expectations of EF.”  Therefore an offer for one free meal, instead of any monetary compensation and no apology, is insulting and completely unacceptable.

The voucher offers the option to redeem with Go Ahead Tours, College Study Tours, College Break Tours and explore america student tours. These divisions give options for families to travel at any age regardless of the connection to a school. Go Ahead tours offers adult experiences both within the US and abroad, College Break and Study tours offer travel opportunities for 18-28 year olds and Explore America provides an educational experience within the US. The vouchers are transferable between all of these divisions and can be used by another family or community member offering the chance to sell the vouchersBest,[redacted]

I didn't expect them to give back all the funds as they were not the one that originally changed the trip! Thanks Education First for stepping up to the plate and doing what was right!

Based on the fact that the trip is over a year away, their explanations of charges do not make sense to me. I feel it is a ploy to gauge money from parents. I would like to see the date that insurance was purchased for a trip so far away. Also when you look on their website the only charge you see for cancellation is the $95 early enrollment fee. Also I need to cancel the trip because I am unemployed and getting a divorce and can no longer afford to make payments.Regards,

Please add your rejection comments below.A deposit of $2800 was left and we gave 89 days notice that my daughter could not make the trip.  It was confirmed at the time that arrangements had not been made or confirmed so there is no reason for the company to keep the entire deposit.  I would accept not being refunded the $95 fee and a cancellation penalty of $500; I think that is more than reasonable.  The company should refund my daughter the balance of approximately $2200.  The offer that was made was of no value since she is leaving HS, and I was under the impression from the group leader that the company would be calling me back.  Additionally, I was sold an insurance policy by this company that I never received.   This company has many Revdex.com complaints and many complaints in other places and after this experience I understand why.
