The old Office Max online service was great, no complaints, but ever since my account was changed to the new Office Depot, they have failed to deliver an order as promisedA few months ago, my simple order came on two different days and even then it was not completeMy latest order was phoned in on December 20th, promised on the 21st, and never deliveredI called to complain and ask where my order was; they apologized and e-mailed a new delivery date which was on a day I had specifically stated that our office was closedI e-mailed back as requested and reminded them of office hoursI heard nothing back, and now fifteen (15) days AFTER promised delivery, I have had to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere
This is not a difficult order and yet they continue to fail me with their inability to deliver paper, pens, and paperclipsAlthough my workplace has an account with them, I refuse to order from Office Depot again and am taking my business elsewhere
In all my life I have not encountered a more negative customer service experience than the one that I have had with Office Depot over the past weeksTo day I have been unable to speak with someone in the United States about the problem and have been promised times that the shipment that was sent would be delivered on a specific date only to not have that occurThis morning I again tried to contact the "resolution team" who was supposed to be handling the problem to be told by a female in India that they were refunding my moneyThis company is lower than an "F" in my opinion with most employees being out of countrySad! Sad! Sad!
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab Tablet from Office Depot on November 27th part of the Pre-Black Friday saleIn there ad both paper and online it listed "Buy any Samsung Galaxy Tab Tablet and get a $Google Play Gift Card" well that prompted me to buy from them since this was an incentiveWell I received my tablet but no $Google Play Gift Card; so I decided to call and find out what happened and they basically said that they were unable to pull up the ad that displayed this and essentially said I was lying
The website for Office Depot Office/ OfficeMax is misleading There is an advertisement on their checkout page that states: "Want to save $on your purchase today?
Open an Office Depot Business Credit Account and start saving PLUS get rewarded automatically."
This is not true After several attempts and phone calls, the best response that I can get is for me to wait until the card arrives This is of no use for items that are on sale "today"
I have talked to several departments to no avail This advertisement should be removed from their website
