While I agree the defective vehicle was purchased "as is" without a warranty, the dealership committed FRAUD in misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle before the purchase agreement was madeThe dealership knew there was a major mechanical defect before it was sold to me and did not disclose this problemThey were directly asked regarding a noise the vehicle made and lied in order to cover it up and make it sound minorThen they changed their story when confronted afterwards and said there was no noise and that it must have happened after the purchase was completedThey also hid the fact that they were working to repair the defect before the purchase was made and lied as to why parts of the vehicle were in the back compartment of the vehicleHence, this dealership knowingly covered up a major mechanical defect, lied when asked about it and completed the purchase without disclosing this information This dealership should not be in business since their business model relies on fraudTheir customer service ratings on Yelp and social media are abysmalI have read many of the complaints and comments and have learned that the above described process is very common for this dealershipThis business is a SCAM

While I agree the defective vehicle was purchased "as is" without a warranty, the dealership committed FRAUD in...

misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle before the purchase agreement was made. The dealership knew there was a major mechanical defect before it was sold to me and did not disclose this problem. They were directly asked regarding a noise the vehicle made and lied in order to cover it up and make it sound minor. Then they changed their story when confronted afterwards and said there was no noise and that it must have happened after the purchase was completed. They also hid the fact that they were working to repair the defect before the purchase was made and lied as to why parts of the vehicle were in the back compartment of the vehicle. Hence, this dealership knowingly covered up a major mechanical defect, lied when asked about it and completed the purchase without disclosing this information.
This dealership should not be in business since their business model relies on fraud. Their customer service ratings on Yelp and social media are abysmal. I have read many of the complaints and comments and have learned that the above described process is very common for this dealership. This business is a SCAM.

Customer purchased the vehicle As-Is with no dealer warranty and he declined third party extended warranty. Dealer is not responsible for cost of repair of any work after purchase.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Leesburg Auto Import. I loved their laid back demeanor. A HUGE difference from all the other dealers we had visited that day. They are a no pressure dealership and the staff was SUPER nice and were also very entertaining. It was as if I had known them for a long time. Really was "at home" experience. Tom Fala was my sales person and Eddie was my finance manager. They were both GREAT. I will be giving them a call to thank them for the experience AND the wonderful vehicle we purchased. If you are reading this and are looking for a vehicle, PLEASE go visit Leesburg Auto Import!!

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The car was sold under false pretenses with issues clearly hidden from me. After doing my research on the dealer this is not an uncommon issue with said dealership. I was asking for help with the major flaw with the vehicle not the few more minor flaws that will cumulatively cost another two thousand to fix. Totaling fifteen percent of the purchase price approximately. I hope we can get this resolved in a quick and easy way.

This was the biggest lie, I told Joe I have never bought a vehicle over the internet before and was nervous about it. Joe said his dealership ships more cars than they sell on the lot to people. He said this truck is so awsome and I would love it. He reassured me buying a car without seeing it how its done now days.
I was well aware of the as is no warranty, however if you advertise the truck has certain options, shouldn't they work?? I just found out from a certified mechanic the sunroof is completely shot and will cost over $1,000 to fix. that is just for starters, I could go on with over 20 items. the TV monitor Joe bragged about don't work and it was broken!! the radio don't work, AC don't work, Heater seats don't work, lots more. the point is the items were advertised but not mentioned they don't work.
when you sell a vehicle is should be disclosed that it has hail damage, the roof is full of hail damage. just another item he fail to mention.
The vehicle took 18 days to be delivered to me, that was 18 days after it was paid.
I did call Joe the salesman many time very pissed, how wouldn't. but another lie is I NEVER threatened him!!!! I am a law Enforcement Officer and I know better that that. I advised Joe many time this isn't over and he will not get away with this crap on other ,never a treat. Joe was just made because I called him and told him what a pile a junk this truck it.
