Our relationship with Showtime started when flood waters entered our house in We had been in our house for over years - then suddenly our basement was fullWe were devastated, we couldn't get our minds around what needed to be donethen Don [redacted] knocked on our doorHe was so kind and understanding and he knew exactly what to doHe worked hard to find fixes we could afford, when he found deficiencies in the construction of our house - he fixed themEverything he said would be done was done - on time and on budgetIt was amazingI never dreamed I would be thankful for that awful flood, but now when I need something done in the house I just call Don and Cathy [redacted] and know absolutely it will be well done, on time and on budget!

Was very happy with Showtime Home Design ! They came up with a lot of stuff to fix I would have not been able to see myself Taking us shopping was a very great experience and a classy thing to do! The results were amazing the trade workers were always on time and very easy to get along with both my Husband and I.They are very educated in all aspects of a renovating a homeCannot say enough of how happy we were

Showtime Home Design completed a main floor renovation for us that included floors, kitchen, living room area, and laundry room and they did some additional work in a couple bathrooms We are very happy with our choice of renovator/designer for the following reasons: attention to detail, very hard working, and they are relentlessly committed to completing projects on time and within budget

Showtime Home Design did the renovations on our townhome and I can't describe how wonderful it was to have them do our renovationsDon and Kathy were professional, knowledgeable and cost efficient, they helped us create a realistic plan and budget They stayed right on schedule and kept us informed throughout the whole processThe open line of communication they had with us was definitely an added bonus! We especially loved that their team was clean, respectful of our space and comfortable to be around After the HUGE success with our renovations, we will be turning to them for all of our future projects!

When looking for new carpet for our home, my husband and I decided to support local after feeling like just another customer at a national chain storeAnd I am glad we made that decision! Shay's was extremely responsive and timely with carpet installationWe are so grateful for the great customer service and quality

Just over a year ago we engaged Cathy and Don to renovate the main floor of our villa condominium The work was quite extensive as it included painting all rooms, new hardwood in two rooms and the hallway, new countertops, backsplash in the kitchen, new doors throughout and new door hardware as well as new sinks and fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms Cathy and Don made selection of materials very easy for us It was a pleasure to work with them and their professionalism and vast experience were great assets as well as great assurances to us throughout the project This project came in on time and on budget We were so pleased with the way everything had gone that we began a second renovation project with Showtime a month later This was the renovation of our walk-out basement level While not as extensive perhaps as the first project, this second phase went equally as smoothly for us and was also on time and budget We enjoyed meeting all the tradespeople used by Showtime; it was obvious to us that they were all very experienced and professional They all went about their jobs and always left our workplace in a neat, tidy and safe state It is our pleasure to highly recommend the services of Cathy and Don and Showtime home design

In the summer of 2013, I had reached a roadblock in choosing new carpet for my year old houseI couldn't find the product to suit my design ideas and then I was concerned the installation could be unmanageableDon came and we walked my houseHe saw all the other areas where I knew updates and repairs were needed!
The first estimate and work schedule were revised to suit me and that project made such an improvement to my home space that I made two more projects! The materials and tradespeople with the Showtime business have transformed my whole house
The cabinet work was custom matched in my restyled kitchen; the bathrooms are convenient, safe and stylish; basement and lighting are finished,welcoming and safeThe carpentry and tile finishes are expertly giving a flow in the rooms so revisions are seamless!
The suppliers had selections and quality products to modernize ,but maintain the character of the original houseEfficiency in utilities used has been great, but mostly the spaces are comfortable

Who ya gonna call? Our basement was flooded and walls had been removedA faulty window installation done by another company had to be reinstalled and properly sealedMore downpours were expectedShowtime stepped in with calm, expertise and speed to change what felt like a disaster into an even better space that will enhance our home for many yearsTheir tradespeople really knew what they were doing and did it with a smileBuilding costs were well-predicted, carefully monitored and regularly updatedDon, the owner, even reduced our bin price to account for the small amount of debris that they added from another site
Absolutely, we will use this company again!

When another retailer "forgot" to place our order, *** came out to measure and take our order on a Sunday afternoon! The carpet was ordered and in when promised *** did a professional job installing the carpet in our whole house Thank you *** and *** for providing us with an excellent experience!

My renovations were done on budget and ahead of schedule I was extremely happy with the workmanship and professional approach by all involved in my kitchen and bathroom renovations

I was extremely impressed by my dealings with Luxury Lifestyle Management, Inc with website www.dreamexoticrentals.com I have traveled extensively over the last years and *** and her team have a phenomenal reputation and go out of their way to make you happy They are beyond a shadow of a doubt the best, absolute best vacation rental company out there They also planned my daughters wedding in Itay and a beautiful honeymoon trip to Corfu for them They did our corporate retreat and for great years I have used them and no one else I wanted to give them this review as a thank you for all the hard work, long hours and the planning it takes to make people happy every holiday season I can't do it and won't do it without you Yours truly ***

on time My wife and I are very pleased with the work and finish that was done Very

Customer came into the store shopping for furnitureShe chose a bedroom set She was offered to finance the purchase for months no interest She was granted a line of credit after providing her information Customer changed her mind and came to cancel the order saying that she never authorized the credit line The manager apologized for the misunderstanding noting that this customer with such good credit should have known very well why she gave her personal information Her order was canceled Full refund was issued Thanks LEGACY FURNITURE

[I do not accept the response given from Legacy FurnitureThe order was not canceled the next day as the business is trying to sayBesides reaching out to the Revdex.com in September, I contacted the store card Home Furnishings and reported a dispute about the charges made and also reached out to the Consumer Protection Bureau for helpConsumer Protection was already aware of how Legacy Furniture did business because they have been contacted about them beforeLegacy Furniture was contacted by Consumer Protection and given a chance to take care of the complaint made by myself but they chose not to acknowledge any wrong doingThey gave inaccurate information to the store card Home Furnishings, Citicorp Credit Card Services causing my credit report to be affectedThis matter was resolved through the Administrative Adjudication Bureau during a hearing in November when Legacy Furniture made a full credit for the charges to the Home Furnishings card days prior to the hearing but were still found guilty by the judge and charged a fine (see attached documents)Although I did give my information it was under pretensesLegacy Furniture deserves their F rating because of their deceitful and uncooperative business tactics]
