A horrible, fraudulent company
Was hit by an unlicensed driver who
was driving a car insured by this horrible company. They took 1 week to respond to the claim (Lindsey Padilla who is rude, unhelpful, and arrogant. Honestly shameful behavior) And now all I'm hearing is that they are giving the insured time to respond. It's been almost 3 weeks. Horrible company, with horrible response time, horrible customer service. Wouldn't be surprised if they are up to some legally questionable things. Will probably be pursuing legal action against this sham of an insurance company. I will also be reporting to AZ Department of Insurance as they’re clearly a fraudulent company.

Worst service ever
I was rear ended by a legacy costumer and did everything I was supposed to my car was badly damaged the other person's car was not I was told send pictures to [email protected] in which I did and the email keep saying invalid I just purchased my car the day of the accident and saved up all the money I could being a mother of three and one on the way. And was told that they didn't find their coustmer at fault and the claims department are rude and not helpful speak over you. I wish this would have never happened now I'm out of a car and a baby due in a month

I recently had a claim and you have a pretty bad Customer ServiceStartin with the individuals taking the Claim and the worst was my Adjuster Stephanie SuarezIf you want to make your business grow, star with Customer Service, Stephanie was not giving all the information she needed to closed my claim, I had to take the words out of her mouth to find out what it was she needed and I did all the leg work to closed my claimAnd when I talk to her I could hear in her voice how bother she was when she was talking to me, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

On 12.31.14, Company received a report of loss, in which an independent appraiser was assigned the following business dayOn 1.16.15, the Company issued a check made payable directly to MrVizcarra for all known damages less his deductibleOn 1.22.15, the Company issued a supplemental check to [redacted] for supplemental damages discovered during the repair of the vehicleThis check was reissued on 2.5.15, one day after the company was notified by the body shop was not in possession of the original check.In review of our files, there was no allegation of fraud determined during our investigation of the claimThe reason the body shop released the car was due to our working directly with them for payment of the supplemental damagesIt appears Mr [redacted] concerns were a result of the delay of the supplement claim check having to be reissued

Earlier I posted a review about my claim being deniedI received a phone call from the assigned Adjuster, K D [redacted] on this case later this afternoon who cleared up some information that I hadAparently I had been leaving messages at the wrong number (the insurance Agent rather than the Company)She then handled my case, requested the information (police report) and begin to process my claim in a prompt and respectful mannerI stand corrected in my above filed statementShe was very helpful and willing to correct the issue

Good Morning,I was contacted by Annette at Legacy Insurance and I requested that she speak to my sister *** as that, I have a speech impairment and need an interpreter The business acknowledged that *** reached out to them I ask that they ( Legacy) speak to my sister on my behalf for the the reasons aboveI believe that my complaint alone states the issues I have and that the response should be something like, yes we are going to perform as the policy states and or give a reason why they are not able to perform I paid my premiums, it was an accident on my sisters behalf I was insured at he time of incident and the claim should be satisfied I see from previous complaints that this is always there response( contacted Joe many times and can not be reached) With technology these days there are several way to contact me If I cant be reached then send me an affidavit to submit my response like the good old days Everything in writing as that, they supposedly cant reach me.Secondly, I received a notice in the mail last Friday stating I did not have enough coverage on the liability side I also have a concern with that as that, once again I paid full premiums for full coverage and that the agent at Freeway Insurance should be at fault as well They made an error and I should not be the one to be at fault I was in their office to exclude *** from the policy since her license were suspended on 12/3/ I was in lobby waiting for Miguel to get off a conference call with all the Mangers at each agent officehe corrected all Managers get more policies! The greed could have caused them to insure without paying attention to the needs of the insuredStill,I want the business to perform as requested and stop playing games that I cant be reached I been calling them for months

I still am not satisfied with this businessNothing has been resolved as of this dateIt has been one month since I was hit by one of their insuredTheir insurance was current and they still have to find out if my damages will be covered? This shouldn't be taking this longEverything with this company has been like pulling teeth
