hand. Please see the noted.The
following was discussed: On January 12, 2017 11:10 A.M.
I discussed our obligation under the policy.Specifically:A.  We have mailed out a total loss offer
package, which requires the registered owner to review and determine the best
option for settlement (i.e. owner retained or insurance retained)Upon the registered owner’s
decision and option taken, we may require the salvage title. Upon
receipt, we will pay the claim accordingly. B. [redacted] has never
been excluded from your policy. Upon receipt of your contractual agreement with
us, you were listed as the sole policy holder. On 12/15/16 [redacted] was
added as an additional driver to your policy. Documents were mailed for
your review and record. On 12/22/16 We advised
[redacted] that at your option as the primary policy holder, you would need
to exclude [redacted] on the policy should you choose to do so. As of this writing we
have not been requested or notified to exclude [redacted]. C. Lastly, we explained the
excess coverage letter you received, to [redacted]. You received this letter to protect/inform
you that damages to the other driver’s vehicle may potentially exceed your

with a lawsuit if there are excess damages over your property damage limit of
10,000.00. This letter is customary, to protect your interest. As
