I am rejecting this response because:Company has failed to refund my money and cancel my contract.  I have been in contact with the company one time by telephone and they were demanding that I have the Revdex.com withdraw my complaint otherwise they would not refund me. They also demanded to know who else I complained to or there would be no deal. I have tried to remedy this situation by personal contact and via the Revdex.com with no meaningful or straightforward response from the company.  Company appears to continue to avoid communication and to attempt to try to mislead me.  Interesting article about a similar situation:  https://www.texmed.org/Template.aspx?id=33741 Company has not responded to my last email attempting to resolve this situation from last week knowing that I only had 7 days to accept or reject their response. Furthermore there was never an agreement that this claim was filed by mistake.  There was no mistake in filing this claim, I thought the company made a mistake and gave them ample opportunity to correct it, more than legally required actually. I will pursue other options at this point as the company seems unwilling to follow state and federal regulations for deceptive sales practices.

Regrettably, no representative from legally mine has contacted me (by the beginning of next week) as promised in the response letter. I am a willing participant in resolution of this dispute, however I have seen no effort from legally mine to date. All my demographics and contact information remain the same from the original service contract date. I remain hopeful that I will be contacted.
