I am rejecting this response because:
As per your Email I contacted Legally mine and talked to Max on 10/31/2017 who advised me to send a cancellation request form again. Though I sent cancellation form on 5/8/2017 and again on 8/24/2017. However as per max's adviseI send the cancellation form third time on 10/31/2017., a copy is enclosed.I called Legally Mine to-day on 11/3/2017 and talked to Max who advised me that they got the cancellation form and their accounting Department is looking into it.I have not heard from their accounting department yet.I would very much appreciate if you can contact them and resolve this matter quickly and amicably as promised in their response.Thanks very much for your help.Sincerely yours[redacted] Sincerely,

We feel we were not given an appropriate amount of time to respond adequately, however, we are more than happy to address your concerns. We know you could benefit greatly from our products and services - as others in your exact situation have done. However, we are also happy process all qualifying cancellation and refund requests, pending the completion of the the appropriate cancellation process, which you agreed to follow at the time of purchase.According to our records, you have yet to follow the outlined procedures requisite for a refund request. In addition the return of our product has not yet been completed.
