I use Leagalzoom service no register my non profit organization in 10/12/spent $its took months to get them register and today 1/14/untill now I have not received my shipment all thru this months I have not received no email or phone call from them , evry time to track my order I have to call them be in the line to 45min in order to speak with some one believe me they are very rude people , they treat you like I went there for some free service like I have to beg-themi deeply regret and upset with leagalzoom service, and I will not recommend with nobody many occasion I told them that I am upset unfortunately I have note heard no one saying apology what they have done , at the same time one of my friend selected another company to register his organization called Bizfile within a week he has got register spend less money now I deeply regret that I chose Leagalzoom I feel like I lost my money and time I feel like I got cheated by them

Also, they won't be the ones to update my passport,irs,social security,etc but they still charged me $for papers that I can get from my local courthouseThats nothing short of a ripoff and a scam to meI've cancelled my account with them but please stay away from this companyYeah, some of their services are good but, you will get ripped off sooner or later as you keep using their services

I signed up for a basic LLC and was told I would be charged three installments of just over dollars Three days later I am charegd an extra bucks to "Auto Renew" a Registered Agent for a year, for some thing that has not yet even begunI have been waiting on the phone for forty minutes to try to get the charge overturned, plenty of time to write a review on every site and social media outlet that I can!!! This is literally theft! They'll call you back if you want them too but it won't happen quickly or at least in the hour it has been since I hung up and tried again A very bad taste For me it did not happen at all.If this company was as good as they claim, it wouldn't have to HOODWINK people and steal money

We regret doing business with Legalzoom. Never Again! We used this company to file for a DBA. A transaction that should have taken a couple of weeks now has taken more than two months and we are not even done yet. they make mistakes - they don't follow up - when calling them one can be placed on hold for a long time. - Their mistake has cost us in additional shipping and notary expenses.

these guys suck I paid $for their monthly service specifically asked them if the lawyer could tell me exactly which forms I needed (asked different employees) for a civil circuit case in florida specific simple information that they all agreed the lawyer would have no trouble providing When the lawyer called the only thing he would say was to pay him more to get the information all this place does is CHARGE YOU to refer you to lawyers to spend more money with total waste of time for a very simple question the lawyer could have answered in less than seconds

I used Legal Zoom to set up an LLC and to let me know what other licenses I needed to apply for to set up my business in California We did all the paperwork and it was submitted to the state, but apparently we made an error on the application online (although I'm not sure of this because once it was submitted, I couldn't access the application to look at it), so the wrong name was attached to the LLC I called Legal Zoom, and changed the name to the correct one Apparently from there they need to submit the change, and then let you know they submitted the change, then let you know they need to charge you the whole amount over again to resubmit This was after waiting on the phone for minutes on two separate occasions After much waiting and discussing, I spoke with a supervisor, ***, who said we'd only be charged the state's processing fee, since our application appeared to imply we wanted the name we actually desired for the LLC *** apologized, and was very nice about it He gave me his direct line and said I could call him anytime if I didn't hear anything and he'd get right back to me I called him no less than times and left messages and he never called me back So, I had to get on the phone and wait minutes again, to speak with an agent Supposedly the company has decided we don't owe Legal Zoom any additional money for the reprocessing, so it's going to be resubmitted On this phone call I was told to expect an email instructing me to sign the new papers within 2-days That has never arrived so once again, I'm waiting on hold for going on minutes now This service is terrible!!!

Legal Zoom is a company that agrees to provide you with a service..then gets your banking information and withdraws funds from your account for bogus services They have taken hundreds of dollars from my business account in the past year even after verbally and written requests telling them they are not authorized to take any funds for any reason from my account They claim they are sending a refund check to me because they cannot put money back into an account they took it out of This business is a rip off...make sure you read the fine print..or close your banking accounts after you deal with this company They should be shut down!

Working with LegalZoom was an extremely pleasurable experience. It was nearly flawless; the sole mistake that was made was of my own fault. And LegalZoom not only fixed the problem, but taught me a learned lesson in the process. The $$$$$ paid for their services was far beyond a bargain, as I had absolutely no idea of what to do or where to start to have a book copyrighted. I was originally promised that I would not receive said copyright for 6-8 months after applying [with them] back in mid-December of 2015. Well, today is April 28th, 2016 and guess what came in the mail this morning? The copyright to my book. I will ALWAYS work with LegalZoom whenever the scenario allows. They are a professional, intelligent, ethical and all-around great group of people to work with and to have them in your corner supporting you is a blessing. Legal zoom had no problem taking my money. However they were rude and so disrespectful on the phone, they tell you everything is being processed and after two months they said my paper were missing a date! But it took them two months for them to tell me this and now are fighting me on a refund! I went and did the paper work myself and filed it in 20 minutes.

After paying my initial payment and the two additional installments, LegalZoom sent me a message stating I would be billed one additional installment on the first of December. After trying everything I possible could to reach them, I had no luck. They made it virtually impossible to get a hold of them. I've reached out via website, no response. There are no phone options that will actually lead you to a person in billing. Every voicemail question would lead me to another question which would ultimately lead me to where I started. I have never had such an issue getting a hold of a company, it makes it very hard for me to believe this isn't intentional. Not only is it impossible to reach someone, it is also impossible to change your account information. So basically, no matter what, LegalZoom is going to charge me the additional installment although it is not warranted. As someone who regularly networks with different entrepreneurs and business executives, I am very tempted to let my entire network know about this level of service so that they can avoid this themselves in the future. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved with no luck whatsoever. Once I feel I get close to reaching someone, they put me on hold and never actually come, making me sit there and drown in their endless hold music. If I cannot get this resolved ASAP, I will be letting ever business professional I know to avoid the pitfalls of working with LegalZoom. It is sad that a company like this with such potential doesn't understand customer experience and satisfaction. Like most companies with similar problems, if this continues, there will surely be a competitor that does customer service better. At the end of the day, Legal Services are Legal Services. The real question is who provides the best customer experience and who gives the customers what they want. After this experience, I am not certain that LegalZoom understands that.

Absolutely horrendous. Just saw a $140 bill go through on my credit card with no explanation of prior approval. Only option to deal with this is to call their customer support phone. I was told the hold time was 2 -3 minutes. I'm now @ 35 minutes and counting.
