We regret doing business with Legalzoom. Never Again!

We used this company to file for a DBA. A transaction that should have taken a couple of weeks now has taken more than two months and we are not even done yet.
they make mistakes - they don't follow up - when calling them one can be placed on hold for a long time. - Their mistake has cost us in additional shipping and notary expenses.

I signed up for a basic LLC and was told I would be charged three installments of just over 150 dollars. Three days later I am charegd an extra 150 bucks to "Auto Renew" a Registered Agent for a year, for some thing that has not yet even begun. I have been waiting on the phone for forty minutes to try to get the charge overturned, plenty of time to write a review on every site and social media outlet that I can!!!

This is literally theft! They'll call you back if you want them too but it won't happen quickly or at least in the hour it has been since I hung up and tried again. A very bad taste.

For me it did not happen at all.If this company was as good as they claim, it wouldn't have to HOODWINK people and steal money.

FRAUD ALERT....Dear Friends. DO NOT USE LEGALZOOM!!! I needed to file a "DBA" on a fairly quick basis - thought I would do it through LegalZoom as I see their ads everywhere. Total bait and switch - they added services onto my account and sent me documents to sign via UPS "next day", claiming I ordered these services!!! I did not! They harassed me with phone calls trying to RUSH me into signing these documents, saying they were required when filing a DBA, at an extra cost! THEY ARE NOT! Do not USE LegalZoom for anything!!! The ONLY reason I paid them anything was because two months after purchasing my DBA from them, they FINALLY filed it - and I am now in a position where I cannot wait to do it myself. Do your research, look at others' reviews on various websites. Type a search into Google for Legalzoom Bait and Switch and see what you come up with!! My Tax accountant told me he wished that I had called him first, he would have done the work for me for FREE!!! I was in a rush, I didn't take the time to do it right, and I paid the price in the end.

I use Leagalzoom service no register my non profit organization in 10/12/2015 spent $523... its took 3 months to get them register and today 1/14/2016 untill now I have not received my shipment ..
all thru this 3 months I have not received no email or phone call from them , evry time to track my order I have to call them be in the line 30 to 45min in order to speak with some one ... believe me they are very rude people , they treat you like I went there for some free service like I have to beg-them... I deeply regret and upset with leagalzoom service, and I will not recommend with nobody ...
many occasion I told them that I am upset unfortunately I have note heard no one saying apology what they have done ,
at the same time one of my friend selected another company to register his organization called Bizfile within a week he has got register spend less money
now I deeply regret that I chose Leagalzoom I feel like I lost my money and time ... I feel like I got cheated by them ..........
