Legendary Home Services

On July 3 I had Legendary Home Services out for a preventative plumbing issue. My home was built in the 70's and I was investigating pipe lining should my pipes be cast iron and is not-so-good condition. [redacted] and [redacted] were professional, courteous, and delivered good news; pipes were ABS and clear. Their report was that no work was required immediately, but I may wish to add an additional clean out. Their explanations made sense. If I have a plumbing issue, I will call Legendary, and I have shared this positive experience with my neighbors.

Jacob C[redacted] came to help me with my Soft water system because it was not working well. He was courteous, and very professional. He recommended H2O Concept water treatment system because it will save me money on salt, and also I can get rid the old Reverse Osmosis system. Called Legendary Home Services out cause I had my laundry backing up into my bath tub. Jacob was the service tech and he was very respectful and very knowledgeable about the job what he needed to do to take care of my problem. Jacob is an outstanding plumber. He showed up promptly and clearly knew what he was doing. When he found the cause of the sewer line clog, he patiently explained what he would do to clear it, which he did. However, he also explained that a section of the under slab sewer line was seriously reduced from build up in my 45 year old house's cast iron pipe and offered to do a jet clean at a substantially reduced price, since he was already on site. The best part of using Legendary Home Services for plumbing issues is that they bring a camera to actually show the problem so you know exactly what needs to be done.He even ran the camera all the way out to where my sewer line joins the City of Tempe's clay pipe line and identified a very large root ball at that junction. He gave me a copy of the full video showing our ABS line, the clay line and the root ball so I would have it to show the City. Lastly, he repaired my incoming water line that had cracked and was constantly dripping water. Jacob is clearly a professional that doesn't just run a snake, collect his payment and leave; he cares enough for the customer to take the time to explain what he has found, shows you the video proof, and then lets you choose which option to take. I wouldn't use anyone else.

On October 26th 2016 I had a hydro-pressurized clearing of my sink line by an employee of "Legendary Home Services" nam d Paul B[redacted]r, and wanted to express my gratitude for his very professional, friendly and conscientious hard work he placed into caring for my drain problem as well as the management (Don) who took exceptional care of us. I usually don't write a lot of reviews but last week was the most miserable week for me! My husband and I recently purchased a home and the last thing we were expecting was having to deal with a slab leak in our new home! We were so upset that this would happen to us so soon after we had moved in! I called legendary home services and was in nearly tears on the phone and am so happy that I found them, because not only were they the nicest and most understanding people to work with, but the technician was so knowledgable and even gave us 3 different repair options with all the pros and cons to we could choose what best fit our needs and budget. They were on time, finished the job in time and left our house even cleaner than it was when they started!! I was absolutely just blown away by their proffessionalism and couldn't not write a positive review after everything they have done for us!

The plumber (Jacob) was very knowledge, friendly, and did excellent work. He came to replace a drain in the bathtub and I added a couple of other projects to his list at the last minute. He was more than happy to do and complete the other projects. Outstanding job and I will always use and reccomend Legendary Home Services again. [redacted]

Brian had a tough hand dig in my yard for some re-piping, I've dug back there before and know how hard the ground is. The work in the backyard was done very well, and when he was finished the restoration was excellent. I could not tell anybody had trenching open even though the work was significant.

Dan did some locating work for me as well. He and his coworker were though, and took the time to answer all my questions. I had some re-piping done in the kitchen as well. I disagreed with one piping solution, I don't sugar coat reviews, this is contracting work and there are disagreements at times the key is how they are resolved. Legendary was responsive to my request for a different option, and gave me what I wanted.

Legendary Home Service is a great respectible company. They were on time, courteous and very respectful. I will definately recommend them to everyone. Best company to work with. I had them fix a slab leak and then the water heater valve broke and they came out and fixed it for free. Awesome service and the service techs are very nice and friendly.

Got same day service from Greg. On time for apt window. Fixed kitchen plumbing leak problem. Tech then checked all other plumbing connections in sink area for tightness. Tech was clean and courteous. Bill for fair and very competitive.

If you have a plumbing problem, call and ask for Jacob C[redacted]. He showed up with a smile to help with a big plumbing issue. He was very friendly and funny. He fixed the clog in our main pipe right away. This is the second time we have had to call someone out for this issue. We used a horrible service the first time. Legendary home services charged half the cost of the other companies and did a much better job. I recommend them to everyone.

We had a plumbing problem. I called Legendary Home Services and the next day a serviceman, [redacted], arrived. After identifying the corrective action the problem was solved. The cost for the work was well within business standards. [redacted] was very informative of what he was doing and also preformed a check of all our home's water connections.
