He told me what he was going to do and then did it. He was professional and explained what options I had. He did NOT try to sell me something I did not need. I appreciated that very much. I will call his company if/when I need additional help.

Jacob C[redacted] was very personal & knowledgeable. In the very beginning of our metering he was good about going throu all the process and making sure we understood before just giving us a high quote. His honestly about the smoke detection not working like it should even though he had been there for several hours and it was 8pm, he shared he would return tomorrow with an extra hand. Today when Jacob & Dan B[redacted] showed up they we ran the smoke test, double check the lines with a camera. In my opinion they went above & beyond with out ripping me off. I have a new drain cap & located the problem in our washing machine. Thanks again guys!

I called them early this morning and they came within 2hrs after I called. Jacob was very thorough in explaining the issue with my pipes and plumbing. He was very nice and showed me videos of where my problem was. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone I know and am very happy with the service I received today.

Initially, before any plumbing companies provided their services, the water from our kitchen sink was draining very slowly. A few days ago, we called in a plumber to come in and snake the drain. Little did we know that this technician would be giving us a false diagnosis of a broken pipe, which would have ultimately led to the necessity of removing our kitchen tile and excavating the original pipe in order to replace it with a new one.

Fortunately, one of my friends referred me to Legendary Home Services. This morning, I called in and requested their service. The customer service clerk was very friendly, and he was able to schedule an appointment for me for the same day. The technician, Jacob Cates, arrived punctually, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to execute all the necessary procedures and to diagnose the problem thoroughly and accurately. It turns out, the pipe was not broken at all; it was simply clogged by a tough buildup of oil and grease over time. He snaked the pipe, used a hydro-jetter to clear out the hardened residue stuck in the pipes, and finally, sent a camera through the pipe so that we could see how it looked from the inside. Now, the water is draining properly, and we understand the situation without any exaggerations in the way. We are so grateful to have the kitchen sink in a working condition, and we will definitely give a high recommendation of this company to others.
