We love our new windows!! We could tell a difference right away with the temperature in our home! Plus it added so much curb appeal tobour homeThe windows turned out beautifulWe were told it would take about weeks for the windows to be custom made but they arrived about weeks earlyIt only took days for the man team to install every window of our home and remove windows and replace with a sliding doorWe have already recieved so many compliments on how much better our home looks!

Ordered custom windows on 4/4/In the contract it said they would be installed in toweeksAfter several calls and them having to have my loan extended twice, they arrive today 10/3/(months later) to installInstallers, who were awesome, began prepping the windows by basically removing all weather stripping and detaching them from the frame so they can insert the new pre-measured (twice measured) windows into the old holeWINDOWS DON'T FIT!!!Start making calls, can't get anyone on the phoneFinally make contact with a nice woman from customer service in OhioTheir solution was to go ahead and order new windows and once the job was complete we would discuss some if any compensationYea right, I'm going to complete the job and get a gift card to *** for my troublesNOT!Installers are gone, windows held in place by nails each nailed through the frames so that they don't fall out, and no weatherproofing around the outer framesLet a family member fall out of one of those barely secure windows and I promise you the company will have a new name    Should have read these reviews before signing ANY contract with LEII now will probably have to have another company come out, fix my existing windows, and start the process all over againI will however read *** reviews before signing anything and also check with the Revdex.com for any complaints    *** **I'm sure there are better options, and when I have the job completed and done PROFESSIONALLY I will post a review on who they are and where they can be located

Awesome company to do business with! Very accommodating to your needs and wantsThe sales person was very respectful and not pushy at all and the installers were very professional and courteousThey cleaned up their mess and answered all questions we hadWe even had wrong windows ordered and they did everything they could to make sure I was 100% satisfied! We will definiately recommend them to our family and friends!
