I Paid our Insurance Policy In-Full back in December 2018. In March I received a cancellation notice for non-payment. I had already canceled the Policy and was waiting for my refund. the issue is I haven't received a penny of my full refund for $6,092.00.
I emailed Lennox Ins. and they said I would get a check direct from ***. I contacted *** and they advised me to contact Lennox Ins. because Lennox owes them money and they will not release my check. Bottom line: I sent a payment to Lennox and they have failed to provide me with my full refund.

The issue Mr. *** was concerned about involved a refund for a customer he had a business relationship as a property manager. Our research discovered that an individual in the accounting department of the general agent/program manager *** Insurance , Norwell, Ma decided to hold the policy refund as there were other balances on other accounts. We contacted *** and they reversed their stance and sent the refund to our agency. We then forwarded the check Mr.. Our prior involvement was to place the coverage, pay the policy premium to *** earlier in the year. At no time did we hold any premium funds and once we became aware of the issue , we moved to resolve the problem. We believe MR. will confirm our statement of the facts and he was satisfied with the result. Please advise any other information needed in this matter.Thank you
