FiltersFast's filters cartridge is a direct replacement for my expensive Samsung filters, the only problem lies in the fact that there is no stated filter test information, and they are not NSF approvedMaybe the warning is "you get what you pay for"

I've been a customer for years and love the subscription service where our HVAC filters are just shipped automatically when we need them I would expect to pay a premium for this service - but in fact the opposite is true - the price is one of the best prices I could find online for our filters Thank you Filters Fast

I ordered a Bemis on 11/8/and then on 11/12/I sent an e-mail question the status of my order, and their reply was I would receive and e-mail when item was shipped, I believe that on11/24/I received it As soon as the filiter got saturated with water the paper inside the filter lining restricted the air flow so munch that it will not use any waterVery poor quality, and the cost and shipping I have lost

Filters Fast had better change their name to Filters Extremely SlowThey do not do what they say they will doI placed an order on July 9th The order was still in pending status a week later so I called to find out what the hold up wasThey did not have the filters I ordered in stock even though the web site said IN STOCKI was told just the size I ordered were not in stock and that they expected to get them July 22ndThe order was still in pending status on July 25th so I called againI was given a new date of Aug 1st I called on Aug 1st cancelled the order and changed the type of filter to something else they had in stock in the size I neededI was told it would ship out that dayIt is now Aug 6th and my order finally shippedWhen I called to see when they would arrive because the tracking number with xxxxx didn't show any information I was told Saturday the 9th or Tuesday the 12th at the latestThis is the last order I have with them

I live in a house in a suburban area & we get our water from a wellWe have had some issues with unpleasant odors so I contacted FiltersFast.com to ask their adviceThe salesperson was pleasant & gave me recommendations for what type of carbon filter to use to eliminate the unwanted odorsI purchased of theseThe first two worked ok for about weeks which is unusual in that there are only two of us in the house & we don't use much waterThe 3rd filter lasted only about a weekI wrote to the company asking for replacements but was told that this was not doneConveniently they do not back their products with a warranty or guaranteeI asked [redacted] for the company's CEO; she refused to give me the info so, of course, I got [redacted] 's name from the InternetThis is just a shout-out that in my experience this is not a reputable company to deal withI did & I am sorryI will take my business elsewhere

I recently used Filters FastCom to purchase some 25x16xhigh efficiency air filters for my home AC system I had used the company previously and referred them to multiple customers of mineOn this occasion they were advertising their "in-house" brand filters in the 25x16xsize so I gave it a tryThe filters that they sent to me were about 1/inch too small in almost every dimension and were useless in my existing AC system Within a few days I asked multiple customer service representatives if I could return their poorly represented product and get a refund and I was refused multiple timesI will never use this company again!

SHIPPED WRONG ORDER/REPLACEMENT WAIT TIME Ordered just dechlorinating bath salts qty Received incorrect shipment of rolls of hydronix sediment filter cartridges Inconvenience of having to go out of my way to return wrong shipment at ups store Charge still sitting on credit card for item not received Possible total wait time for replacement up to days (warehouse lead time plus transit time)

I ordered a filter on April 2, paid for on April *** with acknowledgement from *** of the payment being madeThe product was not shipped until April 13, thru *** Then finally, on April 21, I received an email indicating that *** had returned it as "undeliverable", even though the address was completely correctI have packages delivered from *** *** and *** all the time, and have never had an order returned as "undeliverable" before
So I called Filers Fast support numberAnd after having to wait thru several long-winded messages on their support line, I finally got thru to a support agentWho essentially implied it was my fault, that "as a courtesy", they'd try shipping one more time, but if it came to a third, they were going to charge meAnd that it was my responsibility to talk to the delivering company about why they couldn't deliver it the first timeI have never had as frustrating and irritating a conversation with a customer support person before
So I canceled the order, and will never attempt to do business with Filters Fast again

I will never order from them again! Their method of shipping seems to be a problemI ordered one filter and didn't receive itAfter one email and three phone calls, I finally received the second one shippedThe supervisor refused to speak to me the last time that I called I was told that the second filter was sent by expedited shippingOne week later it arrived! My original order was made on October and I finally received my filter on November Unacceptable!

I had a horrible experience with Filter FastI ordered three filters online and after receiving the filters, it turns out the company had an incorrect description of the filter (I called the actual water filter company to confirm)After several emails with customer service I was able to return the water filters and have them pay for the shippingThey did not believe that their website description was incorrect until I gave them the phone number of the water filter companyThree weeks after sending them to be returned, I still have not been refundedI hope I am refunded in the near future
I will never buy a product with Filter Fast ever againI wasted too much time dealing with customer service

I made two orders close togetherThe first order for two filters and only one deliveredThe second order was completeWhen I inquired when I would receive the completed first order I kept getting referred to the secondHence they kept refusing to accept the fact that my first order was incompleteI payed almost as much for shipping one filter as the cost of the filterI will not order from them again

They have great customer service and will give you reminders to re-order which is very helpfulTheir pricing is the lowest I have been able to find and they have quick delivery

I had been purchasing a 10" filter cartridge until I found a superior coconut filter cartridge at Filtersfast.comI received my new filter cartridge very soon after ordering it and it works more efficiently than any filter I have ever ownGOOD PRICEFAST, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the text of an email I sent to Filters Fast:
I've been a repeat customer of yours and have bought water filters to replace the xxxxx Your reminder email brought me to a page that will sell me that filter for $ Further down on that page it says the filter will actually be a Pentek P-(which is what you sent me last time as well)
The interesting thing is that this same filter (the P-250) is offered by you for $when I search for it directly
I'm not sure this qualifies as fraud from the Revdex.com's or any governmental agencies' perspective, but it certainly does from mine, and I WILL NOT be purchasing from you againAnd given that you put the Revdex.com logo on your website, I'll be sending this email to them as well

Terrible experience Took them five weeks to send me the wrong RO faucet They denied it until I sent them a photo of the SKU I had ordered which was different from the one they had sent They then insisted I pay $to ship back the wrong one they had mailed Had to repeatedly refuse to pay for return shipping until they sent me a label as a "one time courtesy." In addition to wasting all that time I now have to drive to a UPS office This is the first review I've written in probably five years Will never do business with them again

So far So GREAT! Order was received pretty fast, sooner than I expected Customer service was helpful in arranging a schedule to deliver filters on a cycle where my old Mother will get them and remember to change out the filters

Filters FAST is a joke, took a week before they even shipped and another week to get the filters for my Kenmore RefrigDidn't fit and they wanted me to pay for return shippingOrdered new ones from *** and they were at my door in six daysfit perfect and they have free shipping and free returnsGuess were I'm buying my next filters from

I ordered a filter on 10-31-14. I have had to email 3x's and called once. I finally got a tracking number and was able to see that my filter was not shipped until 11-21-14. To make matters worse, my credit card was billed on 10-31-14. There is definitely something fishy going on here. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from this company. The reviews are terrible. I can't believe they have an A+ rating with Revdex.com.

I used Filters Fast a few years in the past, and had thought they were a good company to work with. My recent experience with them has changed that dramatically!
I ordered 3 replacement water filters for my xxxxx refrigerator. I ordered specifically by part number, and my receipt showed "3 xxxxx Filters" with the exact part number. What arrived were 3 filters by a 3rd party company "xxxxx". There was a list of refrigerators they fit on the side of the box. xxxxx was NOT one of them. When I opened one up, it was a different size and a totally different attachment mechanism. When I contacted Filters Fast by email, they never responded. Twice. Finally called their main number. Got a very rude representative, who insisted repeatedly that those WERE the correct filters, even though I pointed out that even their box doesn't list xxxxx and that they were a totally different configuration. She told me I just didn't know how to put them in. She did agree to send a return postage label for them, but kept insisting it was MY problem not theirs.
When I pointed out that my RECEIPT showed I paid specifically for xxxxx filters, she said "These are the same thing". I will NEVER order anything from this company again.
