I have purchased filters from this company for a couple of years very successfully, until I decided to give in to the company's propaganda about buying a higher rated HVAC filter. Almost immediately after installing the filter my heat pump did not perform well and the inside coil froze over. I switched back to a regular 90 day filter and the system immediately began operating perfectly again. I contacted Filters Fast and told them what happened and they advised the filters were not appropriate for my system. This is not disclosed anywhere on their website! Filters Fast refused an exchange, replacement or refund on the worthless product.
I just ordered 4 filters for my AC system. Even though I chose the slowest, least expensive shipping method they got here in three days. They were the exact brand name filters I wanted and cost only slightly more for all four than one from a local supplier. This is the second time I have purchased from them and will continue to do so in the future.
Filterfast.com gives the best price you can find online. Only concern is packing. All three filters was sent in plastic bag like envelope. No packing material at all. During the transition, the filter cover near the inlet outlet tube are damaged on all three filters and appears like old items. When I replaced the old filter, the new filter works. I ordered a Bemis 1040 on 11/8/14 and then on 11/12/14 I sent an e-mail question the status of my order, and their reply was I would receive and e-mail when item was shipped, I believe that on11/24/14 I received it.
As soon as the filiter got saturated with water the paper inside the filter lining restricted the air flow so munch that it will not use any water. Very poor quality, and the cost and shipping I have lost.
Filters Fast is a joke of a name. First order took 13 days. Second order I haven't received yet because it's only been 5 days since I ordered it and they just got around to shipping it
When you order from Filters Fast they automatically sign you up for auto renewal. Every six months they bill you account and send you filters you dont need. I have to pay the UPS charge to return them. It is fraud and they should be put out of business. Waste of my time to go through all of this nonsense. Scam companies like this make me not want order online ever again. Hope they know everyone they do this to will never order from them again. Great business plan.
FiltersFast's filters cartridge is a direct replacement for my expensive Samsung filters, the only problem lies in the fact that there is no stated filter test information, and they are not NSF approved. Maybe the warning is "you get what you pay for"
Don't trust the xxxxx store experience, this company is absolutely terrible. I ordered several filters both through xxxxx from this company, and through their website. The items ordered through xxxxx came severely delayed with no explanation, while the filters ordered through their website never came. At first they said nothing, until I inquired which they told me it was 'backordered' and would take 2 more weeks. So I wait 3 weeks, then contact them again, again I get told they're backordered and will be a month out. So I wait a month and a half, still giving them the benefit of the doubt. Here it is, a new year, over 3 months after the fact, and finally I told them just to cancel if they aren't actually going to ship them. They said they're still delayed but are canceling my order. No apologies, nothing. At this point I'm hoping they actually issue a refund and don't make me go through my bank.
Total.Scam. Avoid at all costs if anyone else can provide your filters.

The salesperson was pleasant & gave me recommendations for what type of carbon filter to use to eliminate the unwanted odors. I purchased 4 of these. The first two worked ok for about 3 weeks which is unusual in that there are only two of us in the house & we don't use much water. The 3rd filter lasted only about a week. I wrote to the company asking for replacements but was told that this was not done. Conveniently they do not back their products with a warranty or guarantee. I asked [redacted] for the company's CEO; she refused to give me the info so, of course, I got [redacted]'s name from the Internet. This is just a shout-out that in my experience this is not a reputable company to deal with. I did & I am sorry. I will take my business elsewhere.
I ordered a refrigerator water filter on 12/30. They then sent me an email saying my filter had shipped. However, once tracking information became available, it was not actually shipped until 1/2/15. I understand New Year's Day, but don't tell me it shipped on 12/30, when it didn't. All that happened was the shipping label was created. The actual product did not ship. I live 2 hours from xxxxx, NC and still have not received my filter. It's supposedly going to be delivered on 1/8 according to tracking information. Why does it take over a week to go 2 hours??? This is ridiculous. I will not be ordering again from "FiltersFAST".
WE ordered a water filter from this company and were told that it would take 4-10 days to receive. It has now been 14 days since our order was placed. the confirmation email stated that we would receive another email with our tracking information when our item shipped. we never got one, so after going to their website and putting in our order number it showed that our order had been shipped. went to UPS website to track our order and it said that the address with incorrect and our item could not be delivered. went back and checked to make sure we entered our address correctly and it was, the company put the wrong zip code. all of this could have easily been avoided had they sent the email like stated on our order. So now we have to wait even longer to receive our order due to their error and not notifying us of shipment. There also is no place on the website to make this type of complaint and also no phone number on the site either. They need to really step up their communication with customers instead of leaving us hanging. I would not recommend them to anyone due to this poor service.

It has been more than 72 hours since there has been any updated tracking info. I am hoping that if my filter has been lost that Filters Fast will replace it in a timely manner. I plan to contact the company during business hours on Monday. It is now 10 days since I placed my order, and I have not received my filter.

These [redacted] told me, after already waiting a week for a aprilaire 560 filter frame, that it would be expedited two day shipping. Well that turned out to be total [redacted] because another week later I still didn't have the product and the customer is [redacted]. I then email and call and finally after no answer on the phone get an email back saying we assure you that we're a real company and it'll ship out immediately. Followed by an email saying it's out of stock. [redacted] FILTERS FAST. A sincere [redacted].
I've been a customer for 2 years and love the subscription service where our HVAC filters are just shipped automatically when we need them. I would expect to pay a premium for this service - but in fact the opposite is true - the price is one of the best prices I could find online for our filters. Thank you Filters Fast.
I recently used Filters Fast. Com to purchase some 25x16x4 high efficiency air filters for my home AC system. I had used the company previously and referred them to multiple customers of mine. On this occasion they were advertising their "in-house" brand filters in the 25x16x4 size so I gave it a try. The filters that they sent to me were about 1/2 inch too small in almost every dimension and were useless in my existing AC system. Within a few days I asked multiple customer service representatives if I could return their poorly represented product and get a refund and I was refused multiple times. I will never use this company again!

Fast is a misnomer. Ordered 2 filters on 2/05/17. Received one on 1/17 and 1 on 1/21.
