I went to them assuming that they would be reliable and help me with a claim for my partner who has filed SSDI claims since 2014 and they were aware of this, it took them nearly 2 yrs from the time we filed here in Arizona to get this claim completely processed and approved, and no to surprise it took me making not one but NUMEROUS calls to the SS Office to ask for assistance and if there was anything that I needed to do or should do. Well my partner died on the 15th of this month and they approved the claim on the 17th (NO SURPRISE) and what makes this more interesting is that my partner and I didn't believe in marriage but, we should have because I learned today that because we were not married (and we have a 12 yr old son)… his nephew whom we only have guardianship over (NOT ADOPTED) this child is NOT entitled to any money or benefits from him, nor am I entitled to any. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!~ If they did their job and told me this information prior to my partner getting sick and dying on me we could have handled this at the start. TO ME THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT LIES AND A BUTCH OF SLACKERS (PEOPLE WHO DON'T GIVE A DAMN AND SIT ON THEIR AS TO GET PAID TO DO NOTHING). DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Lerner and Rowe, in my opinion are a bunch of high priced crooks. They gave me an estimate of what I could get on a claim and not even a week later they reduced that estimate by $700. They did not work on my behalf and I wish I would've went after the insurance company by myself as opposed to retaining Lerner and Rowe to represent me. They do not live up to their commercial ads. My case manager forwards my calls to her voice mail now.

My first individual experience with litigation from a car accident was greatly eased by calling Lerner & Rowe. They were professional, curteous and kept me informed constantly. I never really worried about whether the defendant's insurance company was going to make things right. If you're in an auto accident, don't try to deal with the insurance company alone!

I hired Lerner&Rowe back in 2012 to represent me in a domestic violence situation. I was lost and confused and wasn't sure of what was next being thathat I have never been in trouble with the law. The initial consultation was good, they assure me that everything will be fine and my name cleared! The paralegal was the worst! She never returned my phone calls, was no help in me getting my property from my home because my ex had an Order of Protection against me. I think her name was [redacted]. On the day of my hearing, my attorney was late, can you imagine?! I paid this firm $5000!!! I kept calling [redacted], she didn't answer. When she finally called back, she claimed my attorney was 20min away! An hour later, still no show! Mind you, this was past my court time by now. I called [redacted] again, she wouldn't pick up. When my attorney finally showed up, he told me he had a case that morning and he was coming from Payson! How should that be my problem, I don't know. Why take lots of case loads if you can't handle them? He was so unprepared. I ended up with diversion which is the easier way out. He literally said less than 10 words in court. I was innocent and this firm couldn't do a thing to prove that. They are useless, don't hire them! Once you do, you become just a number! They have the most t.v commercial but doesn't deliver. Don't hire them! I am now scared for life for a crime that I was innocent of all because of an incompetent lawyer! I will not rrecommend them to m worst enemy!!!

I got into a wreck on 1-10 back in April of 2014. I called up [redacted] and got a really nice receptionist who told me to come into the office in [redacted] which was awesome since without a car it was within walking distance. I met with a paralegal for a consultation and then I was told they would take my case. I was recommended a chiropractor who was also walking distance from my house and he took great care of me. I was being handled by a paralegal who was a little slow to get back to me or update me but even so It was perfectly fine. I was later transferred over to another paralegal who was new. The case was handled and settled after a long fight with the "enemy" insurance company thanks to to [redacted]. Lastly, my paralegal was seriously amazing. He called me every week whenever there was an update or if he had any new information. I never even had to call him because he would beat me to it every time. New or not if [redacted] is the kinda new blood [redacted] is hiring then clearly they're looking in the right place. He made all the difference and really went way above and beyond. Thanks partner and Thanks [redacted]. Hopefully I will never need to make that call again but if I do I know I'll be taken care of. Don't hesitate as soon as you get hit make that call.

I only wrote a five star review as my case worker bugged me to. She constantly wrote asking me for a good review. I wrote this 5 star review to get them to work more on my case. I'm am very angry that I have not heard from anyone in the law firm about my case. It's been over a year since they had the decency to respond to my emails or phone calls. If I could find a better lawyer here I would. Please do not go through what I am going through. They were very nice and helpful in the beginning and now they act like I don't exist. What ticks me off the most is that they are grown adults and can't even tell me if they are dropping the case. Last I heard we were going to court. No paperwork, no court date, no settlement, no phone calls and no emails from anyone. It is very frustrating. When you seek a lawyer you want someone who will be there for you to tell you what it is you need to do. Not someone who will ignore you, literally. I went to every Dr appointment, saw every evaluater, called every one I was supposed to, dug around to get the evidence that my lawyer should have gotten. Instead from them I get the run around. I knew I should have let [redacted] handle the case but I thought it would only be fair to let them keep it as its been a while since they opened my case. I have worked with [redacted] before and they are very quick to respond to your needs. I will NEVER USE LERNER AGAIN. The only reason I went to them in the first place is because I met [redacted] a while before my accident when I was living in Las Vegas. He was very nice and I thought his team would be too. Guess I was wrong. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else!

We definitely have been pleased with our case worker [redacted] All of his help was a positive experience. Our claim was handled in a professional manner. My daughter is deaf so I did the telephone communications with [redacted]. He was very helpful and prompt. I felt very comfortable working with him.
