I had a great experience with Lerner & Rowe. They went out of the way to make sure the hospital bills were negotiated down so that the insurance settlement would cover and leave a little left over. [redacted] was our point of contact and she was amazing at getting back to us and keeping us up to date for our case. We were very happy with her and Lerner and Rowe.

I called Lerner and Rowe to obtain advise on a potential Social Security Disability case. I spoke with the department Manager [redacted]. He was great and answered all of my questions. Although the firm was not able to assist me, [redacted] guided me in the right direction and provided me with lots of resources to get medical care. If you need help with a social security case call Lerner and Rowe, they are great!

My first major car accident, someone hit me on the 101 just north of the San Tan 202. I was scared and felt unsure of what to do. At the hospital I called Lerner and Rowe they took care of every need and helped me step by step through physical therapy and car needs. I was in a terrible not at fault auto accident on December 20,2012. Fortunately my wife was the only passenger in the vehicle that I was driving...she was not injured but my situation was much different. I only wrote a five star review as my case worker bugged me to. She constantly wrote asking me for a good review. I wrote this 5 star review to get them to work more on my case. I'm am very angry that I have not heard from anyone in the law firm about my case. It's been over a year since they had the decency to respond to my emails or phone calls. If I could find a better lawyer here I would. Please do not go through what I am going through. They were very nice and helpful in the beginning and now they act like I don't exist. What ticks me off the most is that they are grown adults and can't even tell me if they are dropping the case. Last I heard we were going to court. No paperwork, no court date, no settlement, no phone calls and no emails from anyone. It is very frustrating. When you seek a lawyer you want someone who will be there for you to tell you what it is you need to do. Not someone who will ignore you, literally. I went to every Dr appointment, saw every evaluater, called every one I was supposed to, dug around to get the evidence that my lawyer should have gotten. Instead from them I get the run around. After seeing the commercial every morning on the news, I called Lerner & Rowe and what a great experience I had. I was run over by a truck and spent 4 days in the hospital. I had never been in this situation before. I had my first meeting with Lerner & Rowe and couldn't believe how easy they made it for me to tell the story of what happened. Then they explained to me what thier process was. What really amazed me was they spoke to me in terms that I could understand.
