an estimate of the damage was submitted to the parking garage and no payment has been issued for the estimated damage to my vehicle as of yet

appointment to get an estimate for the repairs and will then submit to the manager and hopefully get resolution

I reviewed the response by the company I guess I misinterpreted the slash between the two time frames on the coupon as meaning "or" They should probably make that clearer on their coupons However, I do accept the refund of the difference that the company is offering.

him and refunded the $he paid at their website on April ***We apologize for his inconvenience and will rectify the messaging with ParkWhiz so that it will not happen in the futureBoth Advance Parking and ParkWhiz were responsive to his complaint prior to his contacting the Revdex.comWe are sending him a check for $today, in which case he will have been refunded in full and not charged for parking

lawyer from the quick claims department will give me a call backI have yet to receive a response from him.I've called on 10/**/and spoke with Mario he told me my claim is in the system but it appears under someone else's name, 10/** I spoke with Trisha she said John will give me a call later on that day or on Monday, 10/** I spoke with Francesca she told me none of the supervisors are in the office John is currently in court he will contact me once he returns and on 10/I called John M*** again and have yet to receive a response to my claimI spoke with Trisha B*** on 9/** and she told me the claim should take atleast weeks to resolveIt's been more than a month since the incident happened, and I still did not receive a refund, nor did some contact me to resolve this issue.
