The only response I had from the business was to say that they received my complaint and that the matter was
being investigated After that, I received no further information To date, they have offered no explanation as to why the incident occurred or what they have done to ensure that something like this won't happen again

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. I sent a email complaint to their customer service department on 4/*/and they responded on 4/*/We had a few exchanges back and forth over the next several days However, I felt they were just generic responses and felt they were not addressing the issues I tried to bring to their attentionI would like to make it clear that I did not request a refund from the parking garageMy initial email to them was a complaint regarding the actions of their employees and the their business practicesThey responded by referring me to ParkWhizWhen I emailed them back asking why should I contact ParkWhiz since my complaint was with their business and their employee, they emailed back saying they cannot refund my moneyI then emailed back to explain once again that I was not requesting a refund and that I was just trying to inform someone regarding the actions of one their businesses and of their employeesI again stated that my concern was that their employee, in my opinion, tried to defraud a customer by charging them a wrong amount on their credit cardInstead of charging me the $extra fee, he ran my credit card for $I also explained that once I noticed the wrong charge and demanded he fix it, he voided that transactionTheir response was to send them a receipt and they will refund me the $I already explained in at least two emails that I was not looking for a refund because the employee voided the charge after I called him out on it and that my concern was that they had an employee that attempted to defraud a customerI knew at that point that they were not even reading my complaints or not taking them seriously, so I stopped writing backI never responded to their last email regarding their offer for a refund because I never requested a refundMy only reason for contacting customer service in the beginning was to bring attention to an issue I had with one of their employees and one of their business's.
