As a property owner, it is extremely important that Letts Property Management has a staff that is dedicated, highly responsive, and reliableI have never been disappointed with their services and they offer the lowest maintenance-related costsThey inspect the exterior and interior on a semi-annual basis to ensure that any tenant damage or issues can be handled promptlyThey save me time, stress, and money and I cannot thank them enough I do not have a single complaint about their service and highly recommend!

We spoke to this client and realized she was billed in error per our records and have since refunded her the amount she requested

Our accounting department sent the Mrs [redacted] to collections in error We contacted the collection agency and had them remove the account immediately She has since received a letter notifying her of this

We have a property that Preston has been managing for us for several years now and he is nothing short of greatAlways keeps us informed, tells us everything, and gets to the bottom of any issues we have ASAPClass individual and definitely trustworthy

We have a day cancellation policy for each account because there are invoices, debts or credits which need to be address before an account can be closed
There were schedule conflicts with the tenant regarding maintenance and service requestsThe tenant wasn't always ready and available
All money has been paid out to the owner and the account has been settled
