The business did finally return the money that was owed to us. However, they did not release us from our agreement in a timely manner as requested. In addition, the business has been even less responsive then previously during these last weeks of our agreement. So while we are thankful that the business finally returned our money, we continue to be the victims of even worse service and responsiveness, which the Revdex.com has also experienced as evidenced by the lack of response to the Revdex.com since notification of the complaint was made to the business on 3/25/14.

Letts has been a great company to do business with. I'm always able to reach someone when I call, so I know my tenants are always able to reach someone. They respond to requests quickly. My rental properties have run like a well-oiled machine since I brought them on and I couldn't be happier. I'm retired and I can't be in Chicago all of the time anymore, but I'd like to keep the business in the family. My niece and nephew aren't old enough to take over, so it was imperative that I bring someone in. They have gone beyond my expectations. I'm really happy.

We spoke to this client and realized she was billed in error per our records and have since refunded her the amount she requested.

Well Preston [redacted] provided me amazing service and with his help now I am become the owner of a beautiful house. I was never expecting such a quick service as of Preston [redacted]. His consultancy fee and other charges are very low as compared to others. I would recommend him

As a property owner, it is extremely important that Letts Property Management has a staff that is dedicated, highly responsive, and reliable. I have never been disappointed with their services and they offer the lowest maintenance-related costs. They inspect the exterior and interior on a semi-annual basis to ensure that any tenant damage or issues can be handled promptly. They save me time, stress, and money and I cannot thank them enough. I do not have a single complaint about their service and highly recommend!

Letts Property Management has taken our two rentals and turned them around completely. They have successfully fully rented both of our properties 8 units in total. We are new to the world of real estate investing and like many others had no idea the time and expertise that would be needed to successfully run the properties. A friend had recommended Preston to us so we took the plunge and have never looked back. Now we sit back and let Preston work his magic, while we collect the rental income. Preston and his staff take care of everything for us. From bookkeeping, maintenance, finding tenants and even monthly inspections we know we can count on them. Their prices are in line with others in the industry but its their attention to detail that really stands them apart. We highly recommend Letts Property Management.

Worse company for property management.
Do not trust them. After months of neglect, they decided to send someone to my property without calling me first.
They broke into property and caused damage and then refused to repair the damage. The break in also trusted an alarm, and the Letts people never called to let me know what was happening.
I will be taking them to court.
Avoid this company at all costs, they are self serving, inconsiderate, and the entire organization lacks professionalism.

I have lived in a building managed by Letts Property Management for quite a while. They are by far the best property management company I have dealt with as a 17 year tenant in SF. They are very responsive to valid tenant needs and in being consistent provide a better experience for everyone in the building. Nice job!!!

Since the complaint, we have spoken to Mr. [redacted] several times to resolve his concern and move forward. In the end, Mr. [redacted] has informed us he understands the issues, accepted our apology, and decided to continue doing business with our company. Emails he was sending were being inappropriately...

filtered into a spam folder, which has been corrected. There was a billing issue with the management fees. Upon resolving the email issue above and talking with [redacted], we have corrected the issue and refunded the difference in management fees (credit of $670.74 applied to his account on 6/26/17).

As a property owner in Chicago, I find it essential to partner up with reliable and trustworthy companies in my business. People that care about my investments as much as I do are rare in this town. Letts and his team are a top notch resource for investors and property owners looking to lock in a solid management company to look after their interests who actually care.. Thumbs up guys. Our accounting department sent the Mrs [redacted] to collections in error.  We contacted the collection agency and had them remove the account immediately.  She has since received a letter notifying her of this.

Writing this review is just to give Letts a good name from customers like my wife and I. Recently having bad issues with other property managers had us on edge when going with anyone else. A close friend recommended Letts to us. We are grateful and glad we made the choice. Letts treats you with respect and they are very prompt on dealing with issues at hand. Highly recommended...

I truly have only great things to sing about when it comes to Letts Property Management. A few of our various properties were not renting fast enough. After 8 years of self-management we went with Letts Property Management and have never looked back! I love the work that they do. They are fast, efficient and get my units rented faster than I have ever seen. They keep us updated and are very meticulous and organized with the details of each and every transaction/rent that happens. I highly recommend Letts Property Management.
