the telephone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. if level 3 employs incompetent telecommunication people or services other agencies, then they need to be held reliable.
with the exception of being deployed in GERMANY during the WAR, I have resided in north Florida my entire life. natural gas has never been an option for any residential homeowners.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

The credit has not yet been applied to my credit card and I will not accept this as resolved until I see the credit. thank you!

To Whom It May Concern,Yes we do have J1 program students staying at our hotel, but all the students are managed by their own sponsors and companies they are employed by.  There are no "questionable dealings" go on because not only would that cancel the VISA for the student, but there would...

also be severe consequences for the sponsors and the employment companies. The man in question does not work for the hotel, but was in fact visiting one of the students at the property.  We can not control how anyone behaves expect for our own staff.  However, when we were alerted of such activity, we did call the police and filed a complaint and the officers also questioned the student to get information on who that person was because we told the officer that we think the woman might be in danger based on what we heard.  We have refunded the guest second in full that was paid in cash.  And we have also refunded the guests card in full.  The credit should appear within 5-10 business days.Sincerely,[redacted]

Upon receipt of this customer's complaint, I contacted the people he named in the case description. His account representative personally delivered the requested copies of the customer's contract on 10/05/2015, apologized for the confusion and...

made sure the customer has his contact information for future reference.

Pursuant to this inquiry, currently, Level 3 has no record of [redacted] or [redacted] reporting an issue to Level 3.  Federal CPNI regulations prohibit Level 3 from interceding or taking action on behalf of a customer of another provider.  While the traffic in this instance may have...

traversed the Level 3 network, Level 3 does not appear to be the end to end provider for the consumer.  The recommendation would be for the consumer to contact the internet provider or company for which they may be subscribed for further investigation.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/09/03) */
Upon further review of the specific details involved in this case, Level 3 has determined that it will apply the termination charges in accordance with Section 4(A) instead of 4(B) of the complainant's contract. The new amount has been...

calculated and a credit for the difference is being processed.

Level 3 credited the [redacted] for the first early termination charge mentioned in the complaint.  [redacted] e-mailed [redacted] of the [redacted] on March 18, 2016 advising him that such amount would be credited.  In that e-mail, [redacted] also...

informed Mr. [redacted] that she had been mistaken about the circuits being out of term and that the 2 remaining point to point circuits which had not been terminated were still within their contracted Service Term which would not expire until 8/31/2016.  She provided him with copies of the orders and the terms and conditions.  Thereafter, on or about May 8, 2016, the [redacted] terminated those additional 2 circuits and, as Level 3 had advised in March, Level 3 subsequently assessed the associated early termination liability of $4,524.19, which Level 3 asserts was correctly owed by the [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because:  Current ongoing email with their legal counsel.  They did respond to our Legal letter after this complaint was filed.  I have asked for them to reconsider their position.  The basics of my request are below.I now understand what L3's reason for declining is but reject it.The issue, in a nutshell, is that on 12/9/2015 we were informed that we could terminate without fees.  Based on this information I entered into a new contract with another vendor on 1/6/2016.  This was a fiber build so it took some time to complete.  Once the build of the 1/6/2016 contract was completed I ordered the termination.  While this termination was after the 3/18/16 email informing us that there was a mistake the contract was entered into well before the 3/18/2016 correction date.  At time of correction it was too late for me to reverse course with [redacted].  I made my contract decision based on the information I had at the time.  L3 should understand that and know that more than two months after contract signing is too late to back out.  I was in a no win position.   Given the late timing of the 3/18/2016 email I wasn't understanding that was meant to say I would be charged for future terms in relation to the 12/9/2016.  Again, it was too late for me to undo what had already been done.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

service and telephone numbers to companies who use the services to conduct their business.  If the complainant would be willing to provide the phone number(s) from which the unwanted calls were received, we would be happy to investigate the issue.  If the number(s) is issued to a Level 3 customer, we will request that the complaint's phone number, [redacted], be placed on their Do Not Call list.

Level 3 is not in the business of providing loans and would not be soliciting residential customers to sell its telecommunications services, so it is unlikely that the calls are coming from Level 3. However, it is possible that the calls are...

coming from a telephone number that Level 3 owns and has issued to one of its customers. In order to investigate that possibility, we would need to know what telephone number the calls are originating from. Does the complainant have the ability to view the number on her caller ID? Without further information regarding the originating number, there is nothing we can do to help figure out this complainant's issue.

I am rejecting this response because:For instance, I received calls from 310-694-5063, 310-694-5035, etc... etc... etc... They're just spoofing numbers in our area codes and prefixes. Almost every scam / spam call I've received in the past year has been through your company, which I've never heard of or interacted with. I didn't keep a log of every one because that's not my job, nor do I even think it's the real number anyway.Block my number from being contacted by ANY and ALL of your "clients."

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
When I looked up the number for the calls I was receiving online in order to file the complaint their number is what came up. And since I initiated the complaint to the best of my knowledge I have not gotten any more of the phone calls.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2015/10/08) */
As we have responded previously, Level 3 is a common carrier that provides telecommunications services to other companies. Level 3 itself did not initiate any of the calls to the complainant.
Level 3 is not able to investigate a complaint such as this without the specific ten-digit number that appears on Caller ID in association with the unwanted calls. If in the future the complainant desires such assistance from Level 3, she should provide the number from her Caller ID as well as the called number.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 15, 2015/10/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As I have previously explained I don't keep phone numbers on my caller ID for an extended period of time. As it took awhile for them to originally respond I had already cleared out the memory on my phone.

The complainant stated that he received unwanted telephone calls where the telephone number 979-399-5813 appeared on his caller ID.   Level 3 is a common carrier that provides telecommunications services to other companies.  Level 3 itself did not initiate any of the calls to the...

complainant.   Level 3 found no evidence on its network of any calls originating from the telephone number in question.  Changes in technology enable some callers to display numbers on Caller ID that are not related to their assigned inbound number.  Therefore the number displayed on Caller ID may be different from that of the telephone equipment from which the call was placed. This is sometimes referred to as “spoofing.”   If the complainant has further concerns, we suggest that he contact the Government & Consumer Affairs Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.
