On December 13,2015 we ordered a deskchair. It is now February 14 and NO word about delivery! THIS is unacceptable!

Review: I ordered a sofa from Lexmod and have yet to receive any type of confirmation from the company in regards to the sofa. I have tried calling every number that I could find associated but none of them ring through but a have an automated messages set up from September in regards to them being closed for a holiday. I have sent emails through the messaging system on the website and have heard nothing. This is very unprofessional and I am not happy with the service.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the sofa.

Review: I purchased a chair in March of 2014 on Amazon made by Lexmod. In October the chair broke due to a defect in how the chair was made. I contacted the company and sent them pics so I could get the chair replaced since it would not be able to be repaired. The customer service reps were very nice and helpful, however they transferred me to the claims department who referred me back to Amazon. I did as instructed and contacted Amazon, but Amazon cannot do anything since it has been longer then 30 days. I advised Lexmod that this is a manufacture issue as it is a defect in the product and not an issue with the seller.

Anyways, I went back and forth with Amazon and LexMod about the issue. The second phone call to Lexmod, I spoke to [redacted] who told me that this would be resolved within 24 hours... that was 5 days ago and now no one is answering my emails.Desired Settlement: I want the office chair exchanged.

Review: Purchased almost $2000 worth of outdoor furniture from LexMod. It was an online purchase for a location in Los Angeles.

Items were received prior to February 14, 2014.

The items selected were told to us that they withstand the elements for years to come. While I did not expect them to last a lifetime, I did expect them to last more than 6 months of use.

The sets purchased were:

- [redacted] Outdoor Wicker Patio 6 Piece Sectional Sofa Set In White with Orange Cushions

- Arrival Outdoor Wicker Rattan Patio Dual ChaiseLounges with [redacted]

Usage was very light last year and the items would be stored when not in use. When in use, they are well covered by several [redacted] umbrellas.

Late this spring we noticed the "wicker" on the coffee table showing a crack. Within days, the entire top of the table was sulking in. Looking at the other pieces, they were showing some of the wicker cracking on the back. I contacted LexMod and spoke with [redacted] on 6/29/15. He told me to send in an email with pictures and they would work to fix this.

Did as he stated and within 24 hours received an email from [redacted], telling me that he would only provide me a 10% coupon on a future purchase and nothing else. I followed this up by requesting he take the time to look at the pictures again as there is no way outdoor products should break apart with little to no usage and excellent care.Desired Settlement: Replacement of broken items. Currently one coffee table and one chair.

Review: On August 22, 2014 I ordered a lamp from lexmod/sugar stores. When on September 23rd 2014 I had not received anything I called them and asked where the item was. Spoke to a man but did not get his name. He stated that it appears that it was going out soon. I said I ordered it a month ago with no mention of backorder and I cancelled the order.

The last week in December three packages arrived (covered only in bubblewrap) and I saw the label was sugarstores. I didn't even open the package and saw that it was the lamp that was delivered with no warning or email. Nothing. I went onto my credit card and saw that I was never refunded. I immediately contacted sugarstores/lexmod and was told they would send out fedex to pick it up and when they received it I would be refunded. (Never mind that is is already unacceptable customer service 3 months after an order). The packages were NEVER OPENED BY ME and were sent back immediately. When I checked in January on where my refund was, they said it was being processed. When I checked again this week I was told it was processed and on its way. I received a check yesterday in the amount of 80.52 with no explanation. The item cost 150.53. I have not emailed them again and awaiting the full refund. This has been a nightmare of a customer service situation and a bait and switch type operation.Desired Settlement: A full refund for the amount I paid since you have the item in the exact way it was sent to me.

I recently received a letter from The Revdex.com informing us that our customer, [redacted], filed a claim. Our order notes state that the customer was informed of the back order but never canceled the order. Once the order comes in, we ship it out immediately with Fedex.com.

Review: On September 15th we ordered $1700 worth of furniture for our new house. These included a loveseat, armchair and six dining chairs. From the beginning there was very little update on the status of our delivery. Everything was finally delivered on September 26th except that two chairs were missing and the couch was not the one we ordered. The trucking co took the couch back and we never got an update on the other two chairs. It took us almost two weeks to get an update on everything. The company was closed for 4 holidays in a two week span and closes early on fridays. It is now october 13th and we finally have an update that the chairs are being delivered this week. After talking to three people that give you three different answers the couch is being delivered but not for another two weeks. It has now been a month since we ordered it and by the time it is supposed to be delivered it will have been almost two months. This company has no desire to remedy their mistakes. Their customer service is rude and their communication is terrible. I'd like them to put a rush on my sofa since we've been in our new house for a month already. They process your payment right away but take their time sending your items.They dont update you when items are out of stock and ship them whenever they get them. There is no attempt to fix their mistakes quickly and their customer service/professionalism is a joke.Desired Settlement: I'd like a rush put on my order( I cant wait another two weeks) and at the very least some type of compensation for waiting two months for one sofa. We had a similar issue with Pottery Barn recently but there customer service was spot on. They apologized, rushed our order and gave my wife a $50 gift card for the trouble and it wasnt even their fault. It was the trucking company they used.

Hello,Two weeks ago I filed a complaint against a company named LexMod. Although I still think that it’s a poorly run company and that people should be wary I did end up receiving my furniture. Review: On 9/11/15 I placed an order with Lexmod. Order #[redacted]. On 9/12/15 the total amount of my order was deducted from my bank account. I never received an email about the product being shipped so after still not having my product nearly 2 weeks later, I placed a call to Lexmod on 9/24/15 and spoke with Paul. He told me that he's not sure what happened with my order, but sees that it, in fact, never did get shipped. He stated that the item I orderd was still in stock and he would put a "rush" on it and get it shipped out to me within the next 3 days. He told me that I would receive an email when it was shipped. It is now 10/2/15 and I still haven't received my product or an email about it being shipped.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded for the product that I did not receive.

Review: I placed an order on Dec 31, 2014 for two chairs, which I promptly paid for via PayPal. I received a confirmation of the order and awaited the delivery. After a couple weeks, in mid-January 2015, I contacted the company inquiring about the chairs that I had paid for but hadn't received. I was told that they were on back order (but [redacted] never sent me any communication whatsoever to let me know this) and the chairs were scheduled to be in stock and delivered by mid-April. I decided that I still wanted the chairs and would wait the additional three months to receive them. When the chairs did not arrive in mid-April 2015, I contacted the company again and this time they did not know the status of the product, nor when the chairs would be in stock. On April 20, 2015, I cancelled the order via email with a customer service rep, asking for a full refund. Initially, [redacted] confirmed that I would receive my refund on my credit card in 2 to 10 business days. The following day, [redacted] emailed me to say that because I paid for my order more than 3-months ago, they would have to issue me a check and could not refund my credit card. They said that I could receive the check in 1 to 2 weeks. Now, 3 weeks and several phone calls and emails later, I still have not received the refund for the chairs that I paid for on December 31 of last year. In my opinion, this has become a fraud issue, as the company has shown no intent to inform me of the status of the items, nor have they refunded me the amount that I originally paid. They took my payment and have in no way fulfilled their obligation to me as a customer.Desired Settlement: The only acceptable outcome is a full refund in cash asap.

Review: I ordered a $100 headboard from this website, which I found through [redacted], so I thought it was safe. The website states that it will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and when it was past 3 business days and I heard nothing, I got worried. So, I called them, no answer; then, I e-mailed them a few times, no answer after days. So, I cancelled the order on the credit card and hopefully be reimbursed. Then, I saw that [redacted] carried the actual headboard, bought it through them again, but still had the same problem and cannot get a hold of the company or cancel my order.Desired Settlement: I just want my money to be put back on my credit card, and hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

He said [redacted]. Again, I explained my frustration with LexMod; would not order again; advised filed Revdex.com complaint and disputed charge with my credit card. Asked [redacted] to convey notes to [redacted]. He apologized, said I could call back and ask for him.[redacted] has been emailing my husband at [redacted] telling him the part was mailed last week!Desired Settlement: I want the pneumatic cylinder for the chair I ordered. LexMod has already collected the $170.25 from my credit card on 8-14-14.
