I am rejecting this response because:
Dear LG, It's obvious your company takes ZERO responsibility for the quality of your productI have been dealing with frost and ice buildup in my refrigerator for over a yearI have dealt with the extended warranty company AND, because I've had to wait 3-months for a simple replacement part (gasket) only to have (2) replacement parts that are absolute garbage, I assure you, I will never, ever, buy and LG product again...and will do everything in my power to let anyone I know not to do so, as wellWhen you spend nearly $3K on a refrigerator..only to have it completely fail (separate issue) but keep getting junk replacement parts after that...I've had enough.

All electronic equipment requires service from time to time despite the most exacting quality control standards at the factory. While we constantly strive for better ways of keeping maintenance to a minimum, occasional failures can occur. The manufacturer’s limited warranty is designed to take care of any failures in the early life of the unit. Once this warranty has expired however, the consumer becomes responsible for any repair. This customer’s unit according to our records is out of the manufacturer’s warranty. I am rejecting this response because:
I don't agree with purchasing a major appliance and it having issues soon after purchase and every time a tech come out some how they try to shift the blame to me the consumer.  I had a [redacted] washer for over 4 year and not one issue, it was still working when I decided to purchase this LG. I will used this as a lesson learned, and spread the word to as many people I can if you want a washer that work without any issue the first year... don't purchase LG.

But I request a full refund after all of the time down and issues we have had with this unit we have already replaced it with another brand. They told us it would take them weeks to come out and just look at it. That is not the way to handle this, please process the refund. You are welcome to send a label and we will ship this item back to you.
