I spoke to [redacted] this afternoon I explained that the original rep jay did not get our Project Manager the information he needed to schedule the job Both Jay and Scott were terminated The new rep Kerry did get the new PM rich the work order Brenda's roof and siding were scheduled for the month of November but she says she did not get a call I assured her we would take care of her and complete the work in November so long as weather allows and she said she was happy with that.Dave

They where very thorough, climbing up on the roof and doing an inspection, comparing the findings to the insurance company's assessment, and pointing out to us that the insurance representative had missed one or two things and telling us to get a second insurance assessmentNo other roofing representative bothered to do all thisBecause of Dave and ***, we benefitted by getting the insurance company to pay for our whole roof and damage to our windowsThey where fast and efficientAnd the crew cleaned up after they left each day, when the job was complete and even came out again last week for a spring clean up in case they missed anything that may have fallen into the snow over winterCouldn't be happier!! I was scheduled to get a full roof replacement and I was a little nervous because I was going to be out of town I just planted new shrubs & plants and didnt want them to get damaged Liberte took the proper precautions, nothing was damaged and I am very happy with my new roof

I received notice of Mr***'s complaint the morning of Friday July 28th. I called *** immediately after receiving the complaint. We spoke for about 10-minutes. I reminded *** that we did not do his gutter work. We had a contract to do both the roof and the gutter
work for ***'s property, but the gutter job was canceled by ***. Despite the fact we never removed ***'s existing gutters, or installed new gutters, I offered to add brackets to his gutters anyway and he agreed that he would take down his complaint. On the following Friday August 4th at 11:00AM, I spoke to *** at the Revdex.com. I let her know I confirmed we had been in touch with *** the same day of the complaint and were resolving it. Unfortunately this was over the phone and not over the Revdex.com website until now.I would like to get this complaint removed from our record as it is fraudulent and completely foundationless. Shortly after the completion of the roof, *** was all over the news for fraud. Mr*** was the Mayor of Stillwater and convicted of fraud and tax evasion. There was a lot of reason to believe *** would not, or could not pay his $10,balance. *** was also refusing to pay his deductible, which is also illegal. *** canceled the gutter portion of our contract, and we credited the money from his insurance company for his gutter apron and gutter replacement back to him. We installed only his roof and warranty our work. He was confused thinking we removed his gutters. I have photo documentation of the job the date it was being built the gutters were not removed. It is completely unnecessary to take brackets off the gutters on a home like this while installing a roof. Despite this fact, we added brackets to Mr ***'s gutters on the front of the home in the Spring of 2016. This was not contracted and never promised. We genuinely want every customer to have a good experience, so we even offered to add brackets to the rest of ***'s gutters

They removed the old shingles and re-shingled the entire house We needed a new roof due to storm damage The company did an excellent job working with the city to get the permit, as did they make sure that the final inspection was competed timely
The process went very well It only took them 1/days The men who came out to perform the work were very kind and friendly The project manager would stop by periodically throughout the day to check on the process and check in with us (the homeowner) When the work was complete, again, the project manager came by to inspect and talk with us to ensure everything went well Again, when the process was complete, they completely cleaned up their materials and made sure all nails were picked up as well The dumpster was removed within days of completion of the work The men were very meticulous in moving planters and other items that were around the house so they were not damaged These were replaced when the work was done We definitely would use this company again in the future and recommend them to all friends and family

*** the owner was inspecting a job near our home and noticed the extensive damageHe explained in detail the steps we needed to take to file a claimThen scheduled a walk through with the inspector*** made sure we received the best from our insurance companyThe crew was polite, courteous and punctual

I had *** with Liberte check our home for hail damageHe confirmed that we had roof damage and that he would like to help us with the insurance companyI contacted the insurance company, they came out to see my home, *** was also there to confirm the findings*** worked with the insurance company so I did not have to worry about itThe roodfwas replaced in a timely matter, done very professionallyThe insurance company sent me the final check*** came out and we finished the detailsAll I had to pay for was the deductible, no fighting with the insurance companyI have had neighbors comment on how great my new roof looks!! Great customer service. Took the time to make sure all was done right. The job site was left just as it was found.

My roof had hail damage and a friend told me to call Liberte Construction. I did and [redacted] quickly came out. My insurance company agreed and the Liberte Construction folks started working. Once the shingles where removed they realized my wood underneath was not up to code. My insurance company said it was a preexisting condition and said they would not pay. After several months of resistance from the insurance company Liberte and their lawyer where able to get my insurance company to pay in FULL. Liberte really worked hard to get what was rightfully mine covered. I have recommended them to others, who because of them, also have a new roof now.
