We spoke to [redacted] and explained the break down in communication.  He was in fact scheduled to have his roof built today, October 23, we called and emailed but could not reach him, and had to push the job back because we did not have a new shingle color selection from him.  I gave [redacted] the...

option to move forward with a higher quality roofing system if he would like, or to cancel the work.  He asked to cancel so we are having the rep he was working with meet him with paper work and a check this week.

The representative came to our house to help us with our roof needs. The company delivered!!

[redacted] and [redacted] met with my husband and I on two separate occasions to assess our home and explain to us the materials they use to replace and upgrade roofs. They were courteous, kind, well spoken and knew their product, how it worked and the extensive warranties provided with each of the materials used on our roof. They not only explained everything to me and my husband thoroughly before the roof replacement started, but [redacted] went through every detail even after our roof was completed to make sure that we knew exactly what was on our roof, how it related and exceeded building codes in Minnesota, and how our insurance costs could and should decrease from the product they use. [redacted] worked well with our insurance adjuster as well to make sure we were getting every benefit we could and the two actually worked together. We had never needed to file a claim on our home owner's insurance previously, so we had no idea how the processed worked. [redacted] and [redacted] made sure we understood how the insurance worked, how the payment worked, how the work would be done and how they would communicate with our insurance company when they were finished. And they did. On top of all their excellent customer service, they had a great sense of humor. I feel like I know [redacted] and [redacted] well enough to have them over for dinner, as silly as that sounds. The roofers themselves were on time, quick and cleaned up every last scrap of shingles, nails and debris. I didn't find one nail anywhere on our property. They started the tear off of the roof to the sub-roof (plywood) at 7:30am and were completely done by the next day at 1:00pm. No, they didn't work through the night. They were just very efficient and had great communication with each other. I know this because I was home, and being the concerned homeowner, I snuck up on the ladder to see what they were doing and how they were doing it. The roofers were nice to my children and careful when the kids were coming in and out of the house, etc. I tell as many people as I can about them because they were enjoyable to work with on such a bothersome homeowner task. I would use this company again in a second.

I spoke to [redacted] this afternoon.  I explained that the original rep jay did not get our Project Manager the information he needed to schedule the job.  Both Jay and Scott were terminated.  The new rep Kerry did get the new PM rich the work order.  Brenda's roof and siding were...

scheduled for the month of November but she says she did not get a call.  I assured her we would take care of her and complete the work in November so long as weather allows and she said she was happy with that.Dave

Our insurance company was reluctant to replace our roof but due to [redacted]'s knowledge of roof damage and how a roof performs he was able to show the need for a new roof. The roof replacement work went very well and [redacted]'s crew were very friendly and quick. When it comes time for additional work like this I will not hesitate to contact Liberte Construction.

Liberte did my complete roof replacement, tearing off the old roof off down to the board. Replaced all the ice and water sheild and added additional vents on the garage. Had the paper, padding and shingles down and completed by the next morning. They came in bright and early and the roof was removed by lunch! They worked hard, they were very througher and had the place cleaned up well before I cam home from work.

We were pleased with the work done and the service provided. Dave was helpful and the company delbt with the insurance company.

From estimate to installation, the job was well-done.

We recently contracted with Liberte Construction for the installation of a new roof. We received three bids from various companies and selected Liberte Construction for the job. The job was bid by [redacted] and [redacted]. Our experience with both [redacted] and [redacted] from the begining was outstanding. [redacted] promptly returned our calls and addressed all issues immediatly. [redacted] provided excellent customer service, which is often difficult to find today. It was a pleasure doing buisness with [redacted] and [redacted].

Last year, we were hit with a bad storm and hail damage around my area. With good faith, I called my insurance to come over and check on it two times and every time they denied any storm and hail damage on my roof, whereas, all my neighbors roof were approved by their own individual insurance company and starting to work on their roofs and other damages as well. And I was there left with so much frustration, and felt cheated from my insurance company, although I was there loyal customer for many years. Things changed when I called Liberte Construction, they helped me by making my insurance company pay for the damage I deserve. Not only did I get a new wonderful roof but also I am saving more than $1,300.00 on my property insurance now. Thanks so much to David and the rest of Liberte crew who made this possible for me.

Liberte Construction did a fantastic job! They where very thorough, climbing up on the roof and doing an inspection, comparing the findings to the insurance company's assessment, and pointing out to us that the insurance representative had missed one or two things and telling us to get a second insurance assessment. No other roofing representative bothered to do all this. Because of Dave and [redacted], we benefitted by getting the insurance company to pay for our whole roof and damage to our windows. They where fast and efficient. And the crew cleaned up after they left each day, when the job was complete and even came out again last week for a spring clean up in case they missed anything that may have fallen into the snow over winter. Couldn't be happier!! We HIGHLY recommend Liberte Construction.

I am totally impressed with Liberte Construction. They fought for 6 months to get our insurance company to honor their contract. I really did not think it would do so, but Dave and Kerry kept fighting for us to get the insurance company to do the repair we needed. Then one day, Kerry called & asked if he could come over so we could talk to my insurance company again, and to my surprise, they agreed to do the repair.
Not long after I had a new roof being installed. They did the job within a couple of days and cleaned up very well.

Liberte Construction is an incredibly fantastic company to work with. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable regarding roof replacement, coordinating and working with insurance companies as well as professional but at the same time friendly and personable. They are very efficient in their process of roof replacement from the initial inspection to logistical planning and final follow-up. Their sincerity in wanting to help people through a huge cost/process than can be a stressful home improvement is refreshing to see. The process is made so simple due to their experience staff. Their install crew is also fast and efficient. My roof was installed in a day. If any issue arises they will fix it. Definitely use this company if you are planning a home improved or repair.
