Liberty issued Mr. [redacted] a refund in full on 7/21/15 in the amount that was originally charged on April 4, 2015. Please note that there is a currency conversion from US Dollars to Canadian Dollars. The refund that was issued on 7/21/15 was in the exact amount charged of... $917.60 USD (the currency conversion accounts for the difference from the $1000 requested by Mr. [redacted] in this complaint--but please be assured that Mr. [redacted] did in fact receive a full refund). Because I believe that Mr. [redacted] is entitled to be made 100% whole, I ensured that the USD-CAD conversion rate for July 21, 2015 was equal to or better than the conversion rate back on April 4, 2015. According to [redacted] .***, the USD-CAD currency exchange rate is in fact better now than it was on April 4, 2015 (as in the CAD is worth more now than back in April). This means that Mr. [redacted] will be receiving a refund for a little more than for that which he paid, which is wonderful. The additional money refunded due to the favorable currency conversions should cover any interest Mr. [redacted] may have incurred during this time, and we here at Liberty believe that refunded incurred interest on credit card purchases is the right and proper thing to do in cases such as these. Liberty regrets that Mr. [redacted] implement was not timely delivered. Liberty had a sales run on the model chipper purchased by Mr. [redacted] , and sales orders were filled as quickly as possible in the order they were taken. When Mr. [redacted] Chipper was shipped, the freight carrier literally drove his Chipper on a cross-country sight-seeing tour. The [redacted] s were provided with tracking, and they watched the Chipper during the unnecessarily long trip. It is unacceptable that Liberty did not sooner step in and retrieve the Chipper from the original carrier and get it over to a new carrier for delivery, and Liberty takes responsibility for this. As a result, Liberty no longer employs the services of this specific freight carrier, as what happened to the [redacted] s must not be allowed to happen to any future customer. Liberty wishes to extend to Mr. [redacted] the sincerest apology for not only the delays in shipping but for the "runaround," as Mr. [redacted] has explained it. Mr. [redacted] and every customer deserves the highest regard and the best customer service possible. I personally spoke with both Mrs. and Mr. [redacted] at length about their situation. The issues related to customer service and shipping have since been resolved, and the freight carrier originally used is no longer one that Liberty employs for shipping. The [redacted] s are wonderful and kind people. Liberty is hopeful that the [redacted] s retain their business with Liberty. However, if the [redacted] s choose to purchase a chipper elsewhere, Liberty whole-heartedly wishes them the best. Liberty is just grateful to have had customers as wonderful as the [redacted] s.

I purchased a 6" PTO wood chipper, was told it was delayed due to significant logistical issues, they offered a different model at reduced price, I was never refunded the $differenceDespite multiple emails to the general manager Alex A***, who assured me the money would be returned to my pay pal accountNow I have a warranty issue and can not get in touch with anyoneThe item was purchased on 4/16/The item has a year warranty

Detailed Explanation of Complaint
mower was listed as NEW foot width, and I recieved a foot mower instead upon reciept, the mower was even incomplete ( missing most of the assembly hardware and even unpainted parts) the mower was all scratched up, the unpainted parts had misalligned holes for mounting the point hitch assembly, the shuttle system was bent, and the belt housing cover was scratched and doesnt even lign upWhat I recieved was the "ole bait and switch" I have tried several time to contact the seller and I get no answer on the phone or thru *** email, until todaythe "General manager" (phone # *** Alex) said he would have some one call me later int the daythe next morning a guy from "tech support"? (phone # ***) called me to help me with questions on assembling my rototiller??? ( it's not a rototiller I explained to him) and the assembly isnt the problem (as stated above) he then told me this is the general managers decision on what to do and

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is a ridiculous response to my complaint. I ordered, and paid for a NEW cable in August 2013.....I received a USED, and defective cable in February 2014. Liberty advised me they would send a NEW cable as soon as they received one. It is September and I have not received a new cable.I have contacted Liberty on numerous occasions. I have left phone messages and they will not return my phone calls. They seem to have difficulty honoring their commitment to offer parts for the equipment they sell

I ordered a Liberty Pro DX 5" wood chipper on July 30, and $was charged to my credit card On August 28th I received an e-mail that said it would ship between 9/and 10/On November 20th I called to ask when I could expect to receive my wood chipperI was told that they would get back to meOn Nov 25th I received an e-mail that said it would ship out between 12/and 12/Today, Feb 3rd I called to cancel my order and request
the return of my deposit but they are not answering the phones, so I left a message on their answering machine

will not honor warrantywill not return phone calls
