I have been buying coins for over years Started using Liberty a few years back They were very helpful when it came time to sell some of my collectionWould recommend to friends and family!

I have been Dealing with Jonathan P [redacted] at Liberty Coin and could no be more pleased Liberty Coin is accommodating and professional and I feel completely secure and safe with trading coins and purchasing them form Liberty Coin , I simply would not use anyone else ! I take pride in doing business with Liberty Coin , Sincerely [redacted] , California

Just over a year ago I bought coins, each, transactions Morgan dollars and peace dollars for the numismatic value and not the silver content value I paid for premium value on both buys The Morgan dollars were supposed to be msor better and truthfully the peace dollars I can't remember what they were supposed to be graded When I bought these coins they gave a day return policyI had no intention in sending them back as at the time I wanted them for investment purposes I became a member of NGC shortly after I bought these to have them professionally graded(they had no grading stamp on them when I received them) It wasn't long after that my financial situation deteriorated to the point I couldn't afford the cost to ship them to be graded by NGC Now my financial situation has further deteriorated to the point I called Liberty Coin Gallery and asked them to take them back and refund my money The manager I spoke with said they couldn't do that as they didn't know what condition the coins are in todayThe only thing I have done since I purchased them was to buy some hard sided holders and transferred the coins to those containers He refused to make me an offer and suggested I take them to a local dealer and sell them to that dealer Well, in the year I have had them, I took all to a very reputable local dealer and asked them to appraise them The person I spoke with have me a total value on the coins of right at $and I told him they were valued by Liberty at a total of $670! I said I was going to send them to NGC to grade and value them and he told me he was a certified NGC appraiser
So my question is, if these coins were sold to me for $and a reputable coin dealer locally said they were only worth $250, why so much difference in value unless the Liberty Coin Gallery was selling coins over valued and over graded to begin with? If the manager at Liberty had made a good faith offer to buy them back at a lower price but more than the local dealer valued them, I wouldn't be writing this now, but, he flat out refused to stand by his sales representative and offer to buy them at all!
Just looking to make sure others don't make the same mistake it seems that I did!

Client made separate purchases over a month period. All purchases were semi-numismatic gold and silver coins. Client decided he wanted a full refund months after he made his purchases. We explained to the client that is was far beyond the stated return policy. He was
not happy. He then called his credit card company and fraudulently told them that he did not authorize the purchases. After an investigation by his credit card company they concluded that Liberty Coin Gallery was authorized in all transactions and that the client was not entitled to a return. Subsequently after the credit card company sided with Liberty we received a call from the client stating that if we do not refund him for the purchases he would be contacting the Revdex.com and threatened making complaints
It is our continued stance that this client is not entitled to a refund on this purchases since there has been movement in the metals market and it is far beyond any return policy

Thanks, the business did respond. They did not deliver the coins to my mom and did not contact me about the refund until I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com.
Thanks to your organization Mom got nearly $3000 back. I can only hope the business does not try to contact her again.
Thank you again for all your help.
Sincerely,
