I have reviewed [redacted] complaint to the Revdex.com and I have the following response: My office is aware of the mistake that was made on [redacted] returnIt is our policy to pay out any and all interest and penalties that are associated with our mistake, and a check for this amount has been paid to [redacted] However, we are not responsible for the tax that [redacted] and her husband owe on their return, and we cannot pay that tax for themThe preparer that made the mistake on [redacted] return has been retrained to prepare this type of return correctly

This place is a fraud/scam There is one person there Sounds like he's from Nigeria or another third world country First he will tell you his name is Sam then he will pretend to transfer your call and come back on the phone and say his name is Austin He will tell you to pay the first payment upfront and you have to send the payment to Lindsey G [redacted] in Florida He told me the parent office was in [redacted] , but when I asked him why did I have to send money to Florida he said that was the parent office location When I questioned him about Cincinnati he clamed up He sends text messages from [redacted] This is a scam Please do not send any money to this man He claims the website name is [redacted] The website states they are not a loan company but he offered me a $loan

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] I reject their response because once again they are trying to not honor their refund policy My issue is not with the Bank but with Liberty Tax Liberty Tax failed to send in a complete application in to [redacted] ***Their refund policy states if I am not happy with Liberty Tax for "any reason" I would be able to get my refund I am not happy with Liberty Tax not only for their failure to supply the bank with a complete application but also with how they have handled this refund policy efforts First I was lied to about the length of time it would take to investigate this, then after weeks of dodging me a I receive a letter providing me with a worthless paper/certificate falsely stating that this my so called refund No, my refund should be in the form of cash or a check Liberty Tax here has breached their contract with me by trying to pass off this certificate as a refund to me; they have engaged in deceptive and unethical business practices here; they have engaged in advertising by stating one could get a refund for any reason then not give me my money backI want and deserve my money back Again my issue is with Liberty Tax not the Bank; they keep trying to shift the blame And even if my issue were with the bank then why would they give me a certificate at all; no, they know they were wrong; they know they clearly stated I am supposed to get a refund back but they don't want to pay up; they don't want to give my real refund backMy issue is with Liberty Tax and they need to give me my money back

This letter is in reference to the aforementioned complaint ID that we recently received at our office*** *** came to our office in January to file her tax returnShe came during a time where a third-party service bank Liberty Tax worked with was offering a $cash advance on filed tax
returns for those who qualifiedShe wanted to apply for the advance and at the time of application, she was told that the decision was not ours and in no way guaranteedHer tax return was completed and submitted with the bank application for the advanceShe was subsequently denied for the advance by the service bankShe complained instantly and we did all we could to get information from the bank as to the season Why She Was denied the advanceThe bank WOuld not Communicate the reaSOns for denial but Contacted *** *** directly via letter.Liberty advertises a satisfaction guarantee, however, *** ***'s Complaint is not with our preparation of her taxesHer issue is With the Service bank because she did not receive the advanceShe was asked On several occasions if she had issue With our tax preparation Service to which she replied noShe was upset that she did not receive the advance, which is handled by the third-party service bankWe are in no way responsible for their decision.In an attempt to assist her for the future, We offered her a free return certificate, Since her issue was not with our office or with the actual preparation of her taxes, she could not be issued a refundAgain her issue was not with Our service, but the Service bank which is beyond Our control.Thank YouShannon S*** Office Manager

I got my taxes done here for the first timeI was amazed at how professional everyone wasThe process was explained in perfect detail in a way I could understandI was charged a very fair and reasonable fee for my tax preparationThank you to the owner for coming out and personally thanking me for choosing his location! You don't see that every day!

Customer was refunded the fees that we collected on Feb The reason his refund is less than on the return is because an amount was held for the IRSWe advised the cusotmer to contact IRS

We at Liberty Tax Service of Kenai and Soldotna strive to provide excellent customer service in a positive and professional manner using Christian principles. The complaint is inaccurate, as in fact, at the clients request when he originally came to us for tax preparation services in early
for tax years 2010, and 2012, he requested we move fees for the and returns to the return, where they could be withheld from that then current tax year refund. We agreed and prepared and filed the and returns. Once we completed the return and the client realized that the total fees for all years were just slightly less than his refund of $454, he changed his mind and walked out without signing the return or paying for services rendered. We attempted multiple times to complete the return but he did not respond. Fast forward to February 2015, the client called and came into our offices several times making demands and accusations toward us. After, calming him down and explaining the situation of filed returns and unpaid fees, he agreed to complete the return and pay for our services, however, when we told him that the fees could not be taken out of the refund becasue it was now a prior year year return he became aggitated and demanded we give him all of our records. We naturally refused to release the records until all fees were paid. To date he still has not made any attempt to pay for services provided

In response to *** ***’s complaint she was informed after we hit her solar lights in the lawn the first time and paid for them, that they would need to be moved out of the middle of the lawn or we could not be held responsible if they were hit again. You cannot have a single light in the middle of a lawn. I believe that since we paid the first time and informed the homeowner that they were in a bad location and to relocate them we should not be responsible for the lights. She never provided a receipt from the replacement of the lights either. I think that at this point in time she is using it as an excuse to not pay her bill. Her kids could have ran into them as well.
