Review: Saturday July **, 2014 I went to purchase a vehicle (Honda CR-V EX 2010. The sells person was [redacted] sit down with me and explain the breakdown of the price of vehicle. [redacted] Explain me that the vehicle price was for $14,995 plus tax $1,880.44 plus registration and inspection $229.00 and a $75 fee for documentation fee, a total of $17,179.44. I requested a discount and he explained to me that he was not being able to make any discount because it was already special. I accepted the offer; I told [redacted] that I was going to make a $10,000 down payment so I can finance the rest, [redacted] has told me that I would not be able to pay $10,000 down payment because the bank would not accept it, I only had to pay $7,000 as down payment to ([redacted] Pre-Owned [redacted] and finance the rest left over. So I been told to sit down drink a coffee, and I sat for a few hours. Then [redacted] told me he is waiting for [redacted] to finance the vehicle. After everything is done I have been told to sign the paper work and congratulate me. (The cause of this complaint is that next day I went home I look at the paper work and saw extra charges in my contract. I went back to the dealer and I ask them why so much money and [redacted] the [redacted] has told me that I had extended warranty and had to pay $2,500 plus a dealer fee for $695, that I was not told when buying the vehicle. I went more than one time to the dealer and [redacted] giving me a lot excuses telling me I need to pay the vehicle in full to get partial of my $2,500 back. I told [redacted] that I never added any extra service to my vehicle and he told me I he can’t do anything to help me. I Called Allstate the warranty department for cancellation and they told me that they have not received any payment from the dealer and, the dealer has to provide me a letter of cancellation and also give me a check so I can put it toward my Auto Loan. I explained [redacted] but he said he can’t and he sorry that I have to finish to pay my vehicle. I called capital one the one who finance my vehicle and told me that the dealer has to provide me with a check so I can put it towards my load. In the contract the dealer provides me the $2,500 is unknown and the fee of $695 is not listed. I’m looking for help to get my money back to pay my auto loan. This is a fraud what they are doing. I also have proof of recorded conversation with the dealer, all state also with Capital One.Desired Settlement: The dealer had to refund me for unknown charges of $2,500 plus $695 a total of $3,195

Review: I talked to the sales representative over the phone, and we agreed on the price of the NEW vehicle, which was 2013 Hyundai Elentra, automatic transmission base model. the price we agree on was $14,998 before tax and dmv fees. We exchanged all those information via emails as well. I can provide that copy of my email as well if it's needed. So today I went into the dealership as we scheduled, and they wouldn't honour that price. In the beginning they said they don't have 2013 models, and then they proceed with it's not automatic transmission, it had to be manual transmission. After I showed them the proof from my email, they now claimed the one we talked about was pre-owned and not new. They tried to play every game possible to not to sell me the vehicle. This is just not acceptable, if they don't want to sell me the vehicle at that price, they can tell me that over the phone or via the email. Not after we agreed on the price and lied in front of my eyes. This business is the worst i've been dealt with, not trustworthy and tried to scam the customers. It needs some serious action taken.Desired Settlement: I need the dealership to honour the car with the same price we agreed on, and deliver the vehicle to my home, i'm not driving into the dealership anymore. deal needs to be done at my place. They need to drive the vehicle to my home location and seal the deal. And a formal apology is needed.

Review: On September **, 2014, I made a $500 deposit on a vehicle under the promise of the salesman that the desired vehicle had a clean carfax. On 9/**, I would arrive to complete paperwork and credit applications to begin the purchase process. I kept requesting the [redacted] and they told me to keep working on the applications, that the [redacted] was coming. more than 45 minutes later, I still didnt have the [redacted] report. They initially furnished some portion of the report that made the car appear clean. We insisted on the full [redacted] only to find that the vehicle had been in a serious accident with airbags deployed, auctioned off and was most likely salvaged. Upon this discovery, we immediately requested a full refund. The manager on duty's name was [redacted]. He told me the refund couldn't be processed until the next day and that I should call him then. I did this, and never got a call back. I would call every day for the next 8 days and ask for him, but he never returned my call. I was also led in the direction of a man named [redacted] who I was told was the person responsible for processing my refund. I have asked for him every day since Thursday October [redacted] but still received no return call.Desired Settlement: I simply want my deposit refunded to my credit card.

Review: I went to this dealer ship at 2/*/2015 and I was told by [redacted] the manager that I need to deposit $500 as a security deposit in order to hold the car and run the credit report .. how ever

I can get this $500 if I dont want to buy the car . later on I decided not to buy the car because they offer high APR .... then when now I ask them to refund then manager told me that

you will get refund in 24 hours ... I didnt get any thing till todays date please help me get my $500.Desired Settlement: I need a refund

Review: I purchased an auto warranty and was pitched a different auto warranty by salesman [redacted] and at time of purchase given another warranty. He told me and my husband all the features he pitched to us we're included in the new switched warranty....[redacted] auto warranty however it wasn't. He also overcharged us for the warranty stating it would only cost 1500 but it ended up costing over 2000.00. We purchased warranty with car in January and cancelled the warranty in October. I was to receive the refund of approximately 1500.00 since November but dealership has been unresponsive to my requests and is keeping my 1500 dollars with no intent to return it. [redacted] indicated that they already refunded the dealership the money in November it is up to the dealership to refund the money.Desired Settlement: I want certified check mailed to 1[redacted] by January [redacted] or police report will be filed and the dealership will be sued for fraud

Review: I purchased a Hyundai Tucson on January *, 2014 . I purchased a ten year protection plan. I sold the vehicle back to Hyundai on April * 2014 . I was told by [redacted] ,sales person and [redacted], [redacted] that the contract would be canceled and I would receive a refund.. I have also spoken with [redacted] and [redacted] at Hyundai regarding the above. They did not return my calls.Desired Settlement: I want hyundai to refund the balance of the service contract which ended when I returned the car on April ** 2014

Review: Long Island City Hyundai has kept an advertisement for a used car on [redacted] since Sunday. The three times I have called to ask if it is still available, I am told it is. When I try to buy it, they say it was just sold. The ad is still shown on [redacted]. Reviews on the Internet state that the company repeatedly does this - getting people to come in only to be told it is sold. I tried to buy the car three times over the phone, each time being told it is available at the start of the conversation and then told it is sold when I try to give them a [redacted]. They are being deceptive and dishonest Car in question is a 2011 Hyndai Accent GS, VIN number [redacted], their stock number [redacted], selling price $6,998.Desired Settlement: I want to buy the car. They are still advertising it. They are misleading the public advertising what is not for sale. Make them stop doing that.

Review: the salesman and finance manager said I have to have the extended warranty and the prepaid maintenance package. Even though on both docs it says they are optional and have no bearing on financing. (That's what the papers said) the salesman and finance manager said the complete opposite and said the only way I can get the car was to add the extended warranty and pre paid maintenance package. I have tried to to cancel and they have refused. I've called [redacted] and they seem to be no help.Desired Settlement: I want the dealership to make null and void these two contracts and refund me the money back into my loan.
