I had received this complaint letter in the mail on Friday of last week. I in fact did contact the patient in question three times with no success. It looks like the phone number that is listed in the letter does not match the one that we had listed in her
file. I had also sent out an email to her to try an resolve the issue which was a fail on the delivery as well. With regards to the transaction in question, I spoke to Ms*** when she first called regrading the issue and let her know that I would express her concerns to the doctor which I did. Since she was not willing to come back to the office for the repair of her crown I was prepared to offer her 50% of what she had paid back, which would total to $206.50, although I was unable to reach her. I do need to take into consideration the time that Dr *** spent with her in the chair as well as the removal of the cavity that she had in her tooth, not just the making of her crown. I am willing to refund her the total amount of $at this point only. I am not quite sure if I should be contacting her at this point or if your company is going to provide some sort of mediation. I would like to get this resolved and have this public complaint removed, as I am sure it is clear that we have NEVER had any issue like this before. Please let me know how we need to go about getting this problem resolved as soon as possible

This was my second visit to the office, and it was to have several teeth extractedI was extremely anxious about the procedure, but Dr*** gave me some wonderful meds that knocked the anxiety right outI also had the famed "Laughing gas" administered by a lovely assistantFor some reason, I don't remember laughing
I was awake, but loopy, for the procedureI only felt pain twice that required more shots to ease my discomfortAll in all, I felt at ease during the whole procedureDr***, and his lovely assistant, (Her name escapes me) made me comfortable and at easeGod bless them both!
Speaking of lovely, I thought I was dreaming that Kelli came in to see meI was loopy from the gas, so I wasn't surehowever, my wife told me later at home that Kelli had indeed come to see me! That's cool!

I've been seen by both Dr. Paul Nielson and Dr. Schmidt and Both are very gentle and makes you feel at ease during procedures. I don't worry about the quality of work being done I am confident in their abilities. I trust both Doctors very much and their staff to do honest, quality work. I love this office so much that I switched my 4 children from their Pediatric Dentistry to see Dr. Nielson and Dr. Schmidt. My children are 13, 11, 10 and 5 years old and they absolutely love coming to this office. Both Docotors are amazing I don't have a preference. Clean and inviting front lobby and excellent welcoming front office staff. Organized and well equipped dental rooms with educated and experienced dental team. All around great experience.
