Big thanks to the entire staff at Life Smiles. Everyone is so friendly and professional, it's no wonder that I love going there. Truly the best dental care I have ever experienced. My teeth have never been in better shape. Without hesitation I have recommended Life Smiles to many friends and all have been thrilled with the care they have received.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[How is it possible that [redacted] has had the same cell phone number for me, for years, and been successfully able to reach me all these years... But suddenly she can't reach me?  I have made it quite clear that Dr [redacted] was extremely rough with me and I will not be coming back for any services provided by him.  I expect the full refund so I can begin to make arrangements to get this taken care of.  I still have a tooth without a crown. ]

I did try to reach you several times.  I do apologize for not being able to so, we have been upgrading our computer systems and some of our patient phone numbers have not been copied over successfully.  I did try and send you an email that was returned to me as well.  I am sorry that you felt that you needed to take this type of action with the Revdex.com. You could have called me back when it seemed that I did not respond to your complaint within your satisfactry time frame, which is what I had hoped you would do when I could not reach you.   At this point I am willing to refund the entire amount that you have paid to resolve the matter in question.  I will not be sending you a check since you did not pay cash.  Our office policy is to refund the credit card used for payment as a charge back.  I will process this for you when you provide the card information to me.  I hope that this will be satisfactory in resolving the issue at hand.  Again I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.  Our office always strives to do our best in making sure that our paients are taken care of and are satisfied with our work, as you can see from our many 5 star reviews on our Demand force website.  I look forward to your response

This complaint was addressed on 10/05/2015 @ 9:39am, our office received a written email complaint from the patient, [redacted] King. As proof, I have attached the printed copy of the message received from patient, as well as our reply. I actually replied to [redacted]' email to his email address- ...

Unfortunately, we are being
told 2 different things from [redacted] I have attached the FINAL
EOB(explanation of benefits) received from them 09/28/15 to this email.
This EOB, was a result of 3 previous attempts from our office to
collect payment. We had no problem getting paid by your primary
insurance (CCPOA) but [redacted] has been very difficult to say the least;
we were actually told that we exhausted all appeal attempts with them.
Our office spoke to [redacted] when the final denial was received and we
were told the reason they did not pay was because you had a previous
crown on that tooth, and based on their review, you were not eligible
for a new crown(all of that information is attached to this email). We
attempt everything and exercise every appeal  opportunity before billing
and/or involving our patients, to avoid issues such as this one.  What I
am willing to do at this point is attach your email  to your x-ray and
send it to [redacted] for consideration. At that time if we do not receive
payment, you will be responsible for the balance in full. I will be
sending everything out today.

Hi I wanted to make a complaint against your chula vista office. I had
gone there last year in december and today I got a letter saying I ow
$199.60. I called to see why all of a sudden I ow some much and the
lady I spoke with, miriza, told me that [redacted] didn't pay there amount
and that id have to pay it. I called [redacted] and got a whole
different story. [redacted] said that they simply ask for a better quality
of an x-ray and a better explanation of why my tooth was fixed. Miriza
didn't send any x-ray or a better detail reason as why it was replaced.
[redacted] told me that they reopen the case as long as you will resend
the information that they requested but miriza refuses to do anymore for
me. She got upset with me on the phone saying " if you don't pay we
will just send it to collection and you can't have any X-rays to pre sue
it on your own". Is this the kind of survive your business is running
now, because if it is ill just see you in court I guess. I would like
doctor Hayatt to read this because I've been with your office for many
years as has my family so if miriza wants as she said to leave I will.

We set up an appointment for today (03/17/2015) to address and go over her issues and concerns. She did come in today and we determined that there was extensive miscommunication between the office receptionist and myself. Both the providing Doctor and I have addressed and resolved all of Mrs. [redacted]' issues and concerns. We have also extended our apologies for any treatment that she received from the office receptionist; disciplinary action has been taken with our office receptionist, to ensure that this does not happen again. Mrs. [redacted] has been given all of the documents that she requested and dental appointments have been reinstated. Went in for my cleaning and loved spending time with my hygienist, Kelli, as usual! Everyone here is so kind and professional, and the office is clean, organized, and well-run. Relaxing to look out the big windows while I get my teeth cleaned :)

[redacted] did a great job cleaning my teeth. Also the dental work Dr.[redacted] did was excellent.

I never seem to leave your office in a bad mood, in pain, or having any negative reaction to your service. I always go in expecting excellent service and am not disappointed when I leave. Thank you for another great dental visit. Not many people can say that!

Staff is very friendly and professional. Dentist performed very detailed and thorough assessment of my teeth and mouth. Office setting is very inviting. Hilary is the sweetest dental hygienist. Great experience all around! Thank You!

My teeth have never been in better shape. Without hesitation I have recommended Life Smiles to many friends and all have been thrilled with the care they have received.

This was my second visit to the office, and it was to have several teeth extracted. I was extremely anxious about the procedure, but Dr. [redacted] gave me some wonderful meds that knocked the anxiety right out. I also had the famed "Laughing gas" administered by a lovely assistant. For some reason, I don't remember laughing.

I was awake, but loopy, for the procedure. I only felt pain twice that required more shots to ease my discomfort. All in all, I felt at ease during the whole procedure. Dr. [redacted], and his lovely assistant, (Her name escapes me) made me comfortable and at ease. God bless them both!

Speaking of lovely, I thought I was dreaming that Kelli came in to see me. I was loopy from the gas, so I wasn't sure. however, my wife told me later at home that Kelli had indeed come to see me! That's cool!

Thank you all for making a terrifying procedure anything but!

I've been seen by both Dr. Paul Nielson and Dr. Schmidt and Both are very gentle and makes you feel at ease during procedures. I don't worry about the quality of work being done I am confident in their abilities. I trust both Doctors very much and their staff to do honest, quality work. I love this office so much that I switched my 4 children from their Pediatric Dentistry to see Dr. Nielson and Dr. Schmidt. My children are 13, 11, 10 and 5 years old and they absolutely love coming to this office. Both Docotors are amazing I don't have a preference. Oh did I mention that they are always on time with the appointments I hardly ever have to wait longer than a few minutes. I highly recommend this office!

My dental implants are perfect! What a wonderful experience from a very conscientious & caring dentist and staff.

Best service and staff in Phoenix. Great Dentists and Hygienists. All knowledgeable, skilled and helpful.
